Whether you've been happily married for years, or have recently gone through a break up, the truth is that most people don't have a clue how to do life alone - and many are even scared of it.
That was how Bec was, after her 9 year relationship came to an end. But after joining me out in Greece for my Self-Empowerment retreat, she can't get enough of her own time!
Where she was once too anxious to even go to the shops alone, now she's more than happy to go solo to concerts, out for dinner, and even to different countries.
