🔥 EP. 177 — Be the Fire Holder with Julian Habib 🔥
What does it mean to hold the fire — not just chase success, but become the person capable of carrying it?
This week, Seamus sits down with filmmaker, strategist, and author Julian Habib, founder of Empire Within and author of Be The Fire Holder. Julian has built empires, created for Netflix and HBO, and mastered multiple martial arts… but his real transformation came from something deeper — silence, heartbreak, and the kind of self-mastery that only comes from walking through the fire and choosing not to be burned.
If you’ve ever felt the pull to live with more purpose, power, and authenticity, this one’s for you.
💥 Takeaways that hit hard:
🔥 Generational will > generational wealth.
🔥 You can transmute trauma into growth and power.
🔥 Legacy isn’t about ego — it’s about impact.
🔥 Your vision becomes real when you live by design, not default.
Julian breaks down how to build a 10-year vision, reverse-engineer your goals, and lead from a place of alignment — not hustle.
This episode will make you think differently about who you are, what you’re building, and why it matters.

More about Julian Habib
Julian Habib is a filmmaker, strategist, and founder of Empire Within, a movement built for men and women who refuse to die with their fire still inside them. He co-founded a television network at 23, built companies across media and coaching, and has worked on 17 feature films, including top-ranked global hits for Netflix and HBO. He is a multi-disciplined martial artist holding a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu under the legendary Jean Jacques Machado, and a black belt in Wing Chun kung fu - he has spent almost two decades mastering the disciplines of combat, narrative, and inner power. But his greatest transformation didn’t happen in a studio or on the mats.
It happened in silence through heartbreak, ego death, and awakening. "Be the Fireholder" is the book born from that fire. A blueprint for stepping into your highest power by being your most authentic self unapologetically so you can actualize your goals and dreams in record time.
A blueprint for becoming unbreakable, not because life gets easier, but because you become anchored, resilient, and aligned with something greater than yourself. This isn’t just about high performance.
It’s about presence. Power. Purpose. If you’re ready to reclaim your energy, lead from within, and build something that echoes beyond your lifetime, this book is your initiation.

Today, she’s at the forefront of integrating new technologies like semaglutide and AI into modern healthcare—while also teaching fitness professionals across North America how to bring these tools into their practice.
In this episode, Dr. G. shares her deeply personal journey with hunger, satiety, and GLP-1 medications. She opens up about the realities of hormonal changes, the stigma around women’s health, and the power of community in the healing process.
✨ Here are 4 takeaways you’ll get from this episode:
🍽️ Why hunger and satiety struggles are more complex than “willpower”—and how GLP-1s can shift the game.
🤝 How community and connection fuel both physical health and mental resilience.
🌸 Why we need to break the silence around hormonal changes and women’s health.
🔑 Why sustainable lifestyle changes—not quick fixes—are the real foundation of lasting results.
This conversation is equal parts educational and inspiring. If you’ve ever struggled with food noise, hormonal shifts, or weight management, you’ll walk away with perspective, encouragement, and a few “aha” moments.

🚨 New Episode! Ep 167: “Virtual Physical Therapy with Dr. Kelsey Changsing”
What if the most effective physical therapy wasn’t tied to a clinic—but came straight to your home, tailored to your goals?
In this important episode, Dr. Kelsey Changsing shares how she’s redefining what care can look like through virtual physical therapy. She breaks down why individualized, goal-based treatment isn’t just better—it’s essential, especially for populations often overlooked, like postpartum women and aging athletes.
We cover everything from the mindset shift needed in modern PT to the business realities facing today’s physical therapists. Whether you’re a coach, a clinician, a new mom, or someone navigating chronic pain—there’s something here for you.
Takeaways:
💻 Virtual PT isn’t a lesser version of in-person care—it’s just more focused, flexible, and highly effective when done with intention.
🧠 Pain science has shifted—understanding the biopsychosocial model is key to helping people heal, not just treat symptoms.
🦵 Internal rotation is one of the most ignored aspects of rehab and performance—and it might be what’s holding you back.
🤱 Postpartum recovery must include nutrition, mental health, and motor control—not just timelines and bounce-back pressure.
This episode will open your eyes to how physical therapy is evolving—and why that’s a great thing for both patients and practitioners.

🎙️ Ep. 163: Health and Hype with Dr. Rafid Fadul, Ep 163 🎙️
From the world of economics to the ICU, Dr. Rafat Fadul has lived two remarkably different lives—one rooted in finance, the other on the frontlines of medicine. In this thought-provoking episode, he shares what pulled him away from chasing profits and toward a mission to fix what’s broken in our healthcare system.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Zivian Health and Chief Medical Advisor at Cenegenics, Dr. Fadul brings a wealth of experience—and a no-nonsense perspective—that cuts straight to the heart of the issues.
Together, we unpack some hard truths about the system, the emotional toll on providers, and where the future of medicine is headed—if we’re willing to make the change.
🔥 4 powerful takeaways from this episode:
🧠 Mental health isn’t optional. Our healthcare workers are burned out and broken, and the system is failing to support their emotional well-being.
📍 Where you live = how long you live. Healthcare inequities are real, and your zip code often predicts your access to care—and your lifespan.
⚖️ Tech can help, but it can’t replace compassion. The future of medicine depends on finding balance between AI and authentic human connection.
💊 Cutting-edge mental health therapies like ketamine treatment are offering hope where traditional models fall short.
🎧 This one will shift how you think about healthcare—from both sides of the bedrail.

🎙️ Ep. 162: Hallmarks of Aging with Lior Roitman 🎙️
Seamus and Marcos sit down with Dr. Lior Roitman, PhD in Biological Sciences and Head of Longevity Science at AI Longevity, for an illuminating conversation on the cutting-edge science of longevity and the transformative role of artificial intelligence in personalized health.
They explore how prioritizing quality of life over mere lifespan can redefine aging, the predictive power of the Birmingham Score in assessing cardiovascular risks, and the importance of understanding how individuals uniquely respond to dietary interventions like caloric restriction and fasting.
The conversation dives deep into the hallmarks of aging, with a spotlight on cellular senescence—how it contributes to health decline and how senolytics may target these aging cells to promote healthier aging.
Lior also shares how AI is revolutionizing healthcare, enabling real-time monitoring and highly personalized interventions, while also addressing the psychological and behavioral challenges of adopting sustainable health habits.
The episode wraps up with a forward-looking vision of the future of longevity research and how AI could reshape how we manage our health—for not just a longer life, but a **vibrant one**.
✨ Key Takeaways:
🧪 *Quality of life is paramount* — living well matters more than just living long
🩺 *The Birmingham Score* provides precise cardiovascular risk predictions
🧠 *Personalized medicine* starts with understanding your unique response to diet and lifestyle 🥑
⌛ *Cellular senescence* speeds up aging, but AI + senolytics offer new hope for slowing it down!
This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to harness science and AI to unlock a healthier, longer future.
