In this intimate episode, I share a deeply personal moment: the decision to close my community, Embodied Living, for a time. I speak about fear, ego death, and the courage it takes to step into the unknown – and into true leadership.
This is a story about endings, the sacred space in-between, and the first whispers of new beginnings. My hope is that you will hear your own reflections in my journey and find inspiration to ask: Where in your life is it time to let go, so something deeper can unfold?

In this episode, I’m joined by my dear friend and colleague, trauma therapist Camille Vienne. What started as a spontaneous conversation turned into a deep and moving exploration of the body’s wisdom, survival patterns, and the invisible layers of shame, stress, and not-enoughness that shape our lives.
We talk about compensation patterns in the body, functional freeze, the performance culture many of us have moved through — and how healing begins when we start listening gently to the body’s signals.
This is an episode for those who have pushed through too much. For those who want to soften, reclaim their voice, and learn how to hold themselves, even when the old patterns return.
Camille Vienne – Trauma Therapist, Bodyworker, and Movement Specialist.
She has more than 15 years of experience and has done more than 10,000 private sessions throughout the years. Camille works with the body as a gateway to healing trauma, stress, and pain. She has a unique ability to sense and access the deeper layers of stored, active memories held within the body.

What does it mean to truly understand burnout
n this episode, I sit down with Elisabet Hammaburg, author of the Swedish book Förstå din utmattning (Understanding Burnout), to explore the many layers of exhaustion, recovery, and embodied healing.
Elisabet combines her scientific background in biomedicine and neurobiology with her own personal journey through collapse and restoration. She shares how burnout shaped her identity, her nervous system, and her relationship to self-compassion.

In this tender listening experience, I invite you to slow down and gently meet yourself in the movement of change.
We explore what it means to feel change in the body, to rest in the space in-between, and to soften into what is already shifting within you. This is not an episode to solve anything—but an invitation to be with what is, just as you are, as you are moving through.

This episode is in SWEDISH.
In this episode, I sit down with my dear friend Ann-Sofie Skogh, who shares her deeply moving story. Nearly a year ago, her life changed in an instant—an epileptic seizure led to the discovery of a brain tumor. What followed was an intense journey, both physically and emotionally, and today, the tumor is gone. But the experience has left lasting imprints on her life.
We chose to have this conversation in Swedish and Danish because it felt important for Ann-Sofie to express her experience in the language that felt most natural to her. We talk about the existential shift that can happen when we are confronted with the fragility of life, the inner processes, the fears, and the insights that emerge when we face the unknown.
Thank you for listening

In this episode, we dive into the profound journey of healing by exploring the one place where true transformation begins—the present moment. Healing isn't a linear process; it’s not about fixing what’s broken or striving to escape pain. Instead, it's about learning to sit with what is, to fully experience the depth of our body and mind in the here and now.
We’ll explore how our bodies hold onto both joyful and painful memories, and why involving the body in the healing process is crucial for real change. By allowing ourselves to be fully present, even when it’s uncomfortable, we can start to create a space where true healing can take root.
