Welcome back to another episode of the Conscious Psychology Podcast! I'm your host, Heather Moore, and today we'll be diving into a topic that has been cropping up in many of my client sessions: the distinction between intuition and trauma response.
Are we truly following our inner guidance, or are our unhealed wounds and unprocessed emotions leading us astray?
In this episode, we'll explore the ways in which unhealed trauma can manifest as impulsive reactions and how we can differentiate them from genuine intuitive hits. Join me as we uncover the importance of doing the healing work and tapping into our higher selves to make empowered decisions. It's time to reclaim our intuition and pursue a path of true fulfillment. So, let's get started on this transformative journey together!

In today's episode I share my thoughts and guidance on non-attachment. Non-attachment is the art of trusting the ebbs and flows of life to work out for your most highest, aligned good. Many of our human struggles are tied to our unhealthy attachments to the external world.
I briefly discuss anxious, avoidant and disorganized attachments and how we form those wounded ego attachments in early childhood, how they may show up in our adult lives and how we can start to heal.
Life can and will be smoother and with less bumps in the road when we can move into the free state of non-attachment. You deserve to live in joy and abundance. If you would like help in practicing non-attachment, go to beyondmainstreamtherapy.com to book a session with me.
In today's episode, I talk about conscious relationships and how we can use the relationships we have with other human beings to gain insight and understanding about where we are still holding onto pain, trauma, anger and judgment within our own consciousness. I also explain how our friends, partners and even bosses and co-workers are reflecting back to us, like a mirror, specific pains or judgments we have towards our primary caregivers from our childhood.
As we do the deeper inner work on ourselves, we can release our relationships from having to the be this mirror and therefore allowing the relationship to blossom and transform into the highest potential. Join me as we explore conscious relationships and how to start learning about yourself from an empowered place.

In todays episode, I talk about the ways in which we are functioning from the fragmented inner aspects of ourselves and what we need to do to heal. We all function from three distinct parts of ourselves. They are our wounded inner child chair, our angry teenager chair, and our adult or higher-self chair. I explain what each of these chairs represent and how to tell when you are sitting in them. I also explain right-brain and left-brain functioning in terms of our personality and the role these concepts play in our deeper healing. Join me in diving deeper in the why so we can build the foundation to the how.
