
In todays episode, I talk about the ways in which we are functioning from the fragmented inner aspects of ourselves and what we need to do to heal. We all function from three distinct parts of ourselves. They are our wounded inner child chair, our angry teenager chair, and our adult or higher-self chair. I explain what each of these chairs represent and how to tell when you are sitting in them. I also explain right-brain and left-brain functioning in terms of our personality and the role these concepts play in our deeper healing.
