Welcome back to this week’s episode! Today I’m diving into something truly magical — the Top 5 Psychic Powers. These aren’t just gifts for psychics or mediums; they’re abilities we all have within us, often lying dormant, waiting to be awakened.

I talk about how our psychic senses — the clairs — allow us to perceive energy and information beyond our five normal senses. You’ll learn about clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear feeling), claircognizance (clear knowing), and even the less common clairalience (smelling) and clairgustance (tasting).

In this episode, I share personal experiences, like how my clairvoyance was incredibly strong when I was younger and how I later reopened that gift safely and confidently. I explain how you can start recognising these superpowers in your everyday life — from a sudden urge to grab your umbrella before it rains, to knowing who’s calling before you look at your phone.

In this episode of the Angel Mystic Podcast, I explore the parts of ourselves that leave us feeling stuck, and how understanding our archetypes can transform the way we move forward.

Archetypes are the universal patterns of behaviour that live within us—our hero, our victim, our saboteur, our inner child, and so many more. They each carry a light and a shadow, and when we are unaware of them, the shadow side can quietly run the show, keeping us stuck in cycles of blame, self-doubt, procrastination, or fear.

I share my personal experiences with these archetypes, including how the victim and the saboteur have shown up in my own life, and how awareness has been the key to loosening their grip. I also guide you through an exercise to identify what part of you feels scared of moving forward and what it’s trying to protect you from, because this awareness is your doorway into empowerment.

This episode will help you see that you are not broken—you are simply made up of many parts, and once you learn to recognize and work with them, you can step back into your power. In this episode, I dive into what a healing journey really looks like. So many people are led to believe that healing is a straight line from pain to peace, but the truth is far more complex and far more beautiful. I share my own experiences with healing, especially around money, trust, and the patterns that have resurfaced throughout my life. I talk about how healing isn’t about reaching perfection but about re-remembering our wholeness and learning to approach ourselves with compassion when old wounds come up again.

Together, we explore the messy, emotional, and spiralling nature of healing, where one step forward can sometimes be followed by three steps back, and then suddenly a leap forward that changes everything. I also share the signs that show you’re healing, like pausing before reacting, forgiving yourself more easily, and recovering quicker from setbacks. And because none of us are meant to do this alone, I remind you about the support we all have from our Angels, guides, communities, and mentors.

Towards the end, I pull cards for the week ahead and share the Angelic guidance for September 29th to October 5th, bringing messages of love, joy, focus, and truth. In this deeply personal and inspiring episode, I open up about the challenges I’ve faced in 2025 and the powerful lessons that have emerged from them. Despite the chaos, I’ve still manifested some incredible things—like a new home and a new car—which proves that miracles don’t stop just because life gets hard. But amidst all of it, I realized I wasn’t giving myself enough. My anxiety and panic attacks were loud signals that something needed to shift.

So, I gave myself permission—to rest, to heal, to regulate my nervous system. And that act of self-compassion made me reflect on how often we wait for someone else to tell us it’s okay to want more, to rest, to dream big. But the truth is, you are the one you've been waiting for.

In this episode, I talk about the transformational power of granting yourself permission. Whether it’s to dream bigger, slow down, charge more, say no, or simply take a holiday—giving yourself that green light can completely shift your energy and bring you back into alignment with your truth. In this week’s episode, I explore something incredibly close to the heart: why it’s so emotional to meet your Guardian Angel.
