In this deeply personal and inspiring episode, I open up about the challenges I’ve faced in 2025 and the powerful lessons that have emerged from them. Despite the chaos, I’ve still manifested some incredible things—like a new home and a new car—which proves that miracles don’t stop just because life gets hard. But amidst all of it, I realized I wasn’t giving myself enough. My anxiety and panic attacks were loud signals that something needed to shift.
So, I gave myself permission—to rest, to heal, to regulate my nervous system. And that act of self-compassion made me reflect on how often we wait for someone else to tell us it’s okay to want more, to rest, to dream big. But the truth is, you are the one you've been waiting for.
In this episode, I talk about the transformational power of granting yourself permission. Whether it’s to dream bigger, slow down, charge more, say no, or simply take a holiday—giving yourself that green light can completely shift your energy and bring you back into alignment with your truth. I also share a powerful journal prompt and a soul-aligned affirmation to support your week.
