I also explain how spiritual hygiene is just as important as brushing your teeth—and yes, you can stack this practice into your morning routine easily. You’ll learn how to spot when your energy is wide open, how to shift out of overwhelm, and how grounding makes your life smoother, more aligned, and more empowered.
