In this episode, I dive into what a healing journey really looks like. So many people are led to believe that healing is a straight line from pain to peace, but the truth is far more complex and far more beautiful. I share my own experiences with healing, especially around money, trust, and the patterns that have resurfaced throughout my life. I talk about how healing isn’t about reaching perfection but about re-remembering our wholeness and learning to approach ourselves with compassion when old wounds come up again.
Together, we explore the messy, emotional, and spiralling nature of healing, where one step forward can sometimes be followed by three steps back, and then suddenly a leap forward that changes everything. I also share the signs that show you’re healing, like pausing before reacting, forgiving yourself more easily, and recovering quicker from setbacks. And because none of us are meant to do this alone, I remind you about the support we all have from our Angels, guides, communities, and mentors.
Towards the end, I pull cards for the week ahead and share the Angelic guidance for September 29th to October 5th, bringing messages of love, joy, focus, and truth. This episode is here to remind you that healing doesn’t mean you’re broken, it means you’re brave enough to keep showing up for yourself.
