That Feeling When...
That Feeling When... You Need To Rest

In our first ever LIVE recorded episode ‘That Feeling When…You Have To rest’ we chat about how to switch off and rest. There’s a lot of talk about how to grow, grind and hustle but we rarely talk about how to achieve this in a sustainable and restful way. As a trio we have all expereinced burn out and exhuastion from overworking and collectively felt it was so important we open up the conversation around the importance of looking after ourselves while working hard.

As always we share what made us smile, laugh or cringe too.

Some episode highlights are:

- Understanding the different types of rest, and finding a way of resting that works for you

  • Discussions around stress and anxiety and the huge impacts on our bodies as well as our mental health
  • The cycles of rest and using your intuition to understand what you need
  • How to use boundaries in friendships, relationships at work to ensure you’re preserving energy for yourself
  • Acknowledging that when you’re well rested you bring your best self to the table, and that ultimately helps others get the best from you
