Today at TerreScience, Dr. Rajnish Khanna and Gregory Willis are diving into the world of flavor—not just as something we taste, but as something we can understand, design, and experience more mindfully. Our guest, Gregory Willis, —is a chef turned food innovator and the creative mind behind Flavor Studio and the Flavor Savor app.
Gregory’s journey has taken him from professional kitchens to the cutting edge of food technology, including his role as COO at Treasure8, where he worked on patented dehydration technologies to fight food waste and improve global nutrition access. He’s also the author of The Language of Flavor, a book that blends science, creativity, and sensory awareness.
In this conversation, we’ll talk about the science of taste, the consciousness of eating, and how technology can help us not only innovate, but also reconnect with the origins and stories behind our food.
So—join us in this episode in the "Flavor Studio", and see how science, sustainability, and mindfulness come together on the plate.
