That VC capital is not for everyone and just because you get VC capital it doesn't mean that you are going to build a successful company. Ida is running an early stage investment structure, which has invested in over 90 companies. About 45% of their portfolio companies have at least one female founder and the latest investment company has over 40% female investors. She is also a Feminvest Ambassador working to accelerate female ownership. In her own coaching business she teaches and supports women to love money and to connect with their sexuality.

She has scaled both public and private tech companies and expanded them internationally. She has been leading private funding rounds as well as IPOs. Her experiences include positions such as CFO of iZettle just before their IPO when they were acquired by PayPal and CEO of Readly as it IPOed in 2020. Today she spends her time working in a number of non-executive boards, coaching and advising start-ups and scale-ups and doing angel investments.

Jesse is a machine learning developer with a focus on humanitarian uses of AI and AI ethics. With an academic background in applied linguistics and astrophysics, Jesse has contributed to research in the fields of technology ethics and extragalactic astrophysics, and they hold a patent for cybersecurity applications of machine learning. In addition to their research, Jesse co-founded the American Astronomical Society's Working Group on Accessibility and Disability and is an avid science communicator with publications featured in Science Magazine, Forbes, and Astronomy Magazine. While they currently work as the CTO of Another Round, a start-up focused on inclusive fitness, they have many hobbies outside of work, including a Twitch channel devoted to science education and two dogs - Tennessee and Hubble.
