Midlife is a stressful. Work demands, financial obligations, and caring for kids and/or ageing parents are significant stressors in midlife. Weight gain, fatigue, joint pain and the like seem to creep up on you and, before you know it, you’re battling just to live pain free. The challenge is that lack of sleep, high stress, and general lack of time leaves you feeling stuck in neutral. PEAK40 is about overcoming obstacles in midlife to conquer your performance goals and health challenges in your 40s and 50s (and 60s!), rather than settling.
