A few simple tips for starting to spend more time in the kitchen without the overwhelm. Basically, if you want to get more involved in your kitchen, prepare your kitchen! These are a few things I do to keep meals simple, yummy, and accessible. Read: readily available spices, healthy fats, proper tools, and solid cookware! Plus, what to do with your scraps to get the most bang for your buck.
