I'm not a clinician or a scientist so this conversation is only aiming to convey you the utility of this real-time tool that you can use to your advantage (voluntarily) to relax and calm your nervous system down.

The Ultimate OMAD Challenge - The 5 Secrets To Better Health and Gain Confidence #12
Hello there my Beloved audience,

today what you'll be seeing is something that caught my attention few months back.
In fact during winter (January/February) I was so fascinated by this topic that encompassed longer fasting periods, and since I was used, as the majority of people, at eating three times a day, I decided to give it a shot.

The OMAD diet, or One-Meal-A-Day, was a completely new piece of experience for me (even scary at the early beginning).
I started my journey on Friday, February 25th and frankly, I didn't know what to expect.

Cravings, extreme hunger, crawling on the floor for some source of food?

Not at All.

I was starting to feel lighter in the morning, with my huge cups of Green Tea and I gotta say I felt mentally a lot sharper too!
It led to weight loss (even if it wasn't my main goal) but still, I wanted to retain that autophagy which takes place during longer periods without eating.

So here we are now, almost 6 months later, deciding to bring to the table this Ultimate OMAD Challenge, which will explain the 5 secrets that I encountered over this considerable amount of time and one last Bonus tip that I'll be sharing with all of You at the end of the video.

As always, if it happens that you're enjoying the content provided please leave a thumbs-up or a 5-star rating on Spotify and subscribe to the channel to never miss advice from your old friend!

Why You should DEFINITELY MOVE from your Home Country! Tips for Fulfilling that DREAM! #10
Welcome back to the show my beloved Audience!

Today we are talking about moving!
Moving is always something so suggestive for so many people, but for many reasons, it usually remains only a dream.

In this new episode of #inthistogether, I will try to give you my perspective derived from my first year of living abroad, why you should embrace that voice in your head that keeps thinking at that new reality far away from your "comfort zone".

Detaching yourself from families, friends and relatives seems so challenging emotionally as well as from a more practical point of view, but if you instead look at what's out there, you will bypass those feelings and you're gonna dive into your real, ultimate growth empowerment tool for your career.

Most people think of it as just "travel", I really think that is so much more than that; destroying cultural barriers, improving your communication skills, empathizing more with a different population can really enhance your mental state, making you feel much more accomplished.

Last but not least, you will find so many benefits for your overall health, understanding, even more, some of your core personality traits that went undercover in all these years of living in the "safe bubble" of your home environment!

As always, if it happens that you're enjoying the content provided please leave a thumbs-up or a 5-star rating on Spotify (yes, because we are also there) and subscribe to the channel to never miss good advices from your old friend!

Hello and welcome back to the show my beloved Audience!

Today I wanted to share with you my gratitude to @Andrew Huberman for his amazing willingness to provide us with the ultimate neuroscientific literature.

In this video I'll try to get into the details of some of the morning routines that are recommeneded by Mr.Huberman, reporting the effects that those practices had on my physical as well as mental well-being.

I'm gonna talk about how interior and exterior lighting exposure improved my cognitive ability (waking me up almost immediately) and, of course, how caffeine plays a role in all our mornings.

In fact, the caffeine use is so utilised nowadays to get us up and running and we can get that "kick" from so many differenet sources such as coffee, green tea, hierba mate, dark chocolate and so forth.

Let's make one last round of appluase for @Andrew Huberman just because he deserves it!

MASTER The first hour of WAKEFULNESS, 4 TIPS that will CHANGE your DAY! #7
My dear audience, this is something I've been yearning to talk about for months.

How can we actually master our first 60 minutes after waking up?

This is a crucial part in your day and you have the possibility to make an impact that will reverberate on everything you'll be doing afterwards, throughout your entire day!

Here I bring you four of the most useful tips that I found, working incessantly on myself (even as a lab-rat as an experiment), that really shifted the way I felt during my upcoming day.

We have to mention the fact that there could not be a "one-size-fits-all" approach and I'm really into the concept of "bio-individuality, so be mindful something been working for me doesn't necessarily imply that'll be good for you too, but nonetheless I think these tips could help you as starting blocks upon which you'll have to work even further, finding the perfect balance among all the activities you'll be performing!

As always, if it happens that you're enjoying the content provided please leave a thumbs-up or a 5-star rating on Spotify (yes, because we are also there) and subscribe to the channel to never miss a good advice from your old friend!

By learning everyday something new!

Why BEING ALONE will make you a BETTER HUMAN BEING! #4
Being alone might be your secret weapon if you wanna reach new peaks in your life.

In this new episode of the #InThisTogether podcast we are going to delve into why it could be important to carve out some quality time to reflect, connect and refill your soul.

That could quite daunting if you're (like me) an anxious type, being all alone with your thoughts all the time could result in more frustration and anxiety.
Nonetheless, if you can acknowledge that those feelings are just constructions that are taking place in your mind, then you can try shift the perspective towards a better mindset, finding strength in that solitude that could result in an enhancing of your focus as well as your productivity!

If you find this content useful, please Subscribe to the channel and comment with your personal feelings regarding any topic that we cover, remember that nothing is completely right or wrong, but just contextualised.
