“Society conditions us to believe that happiness lies in having things, but in fact, true happiness lies in having awareness & building connections”

In today’s episode, we are taking a deep dive into overconsumption. There are plenty of motivations for buying whether it’s for holidays, seasons, pleasure, status, influencing, improving confidence, making life easier, or most commonly, filling a void.
Today, I’m offering a chance for you to shop smarter and stay strong when it comes to unnecessary purchases. We gettin to the ROOT. Why do you feel like you actually need something? How do brands convince you of this? It’s not just the trendy packaging and cute illustrations, it’s much deeper.
On my trip to Japan, I gained insight as to the psychology behind marketing and how it's not just one of our senses at play, it's all 5 working simultaneously. In particular, we’ll get a closer look at how audio is one of the most powerful techniques for buyer manipulation.
It is my goal that through listening to this episode, you will begin to practice awareness when shopping. You will question why more often. You will be more creative with the things you already own. You will value people and places more than bags and shoes.
I’m here for you & rooting for you always! Xo

“What if creativity is about experimentation and play, and not about being good at something”
In today’s episode, it’s my goal to convince each one of y’all that you ARE an artist. I think a lot of us rely on the left brain vs right brain argument to get out of creative tasks, but I’m not letting that fly here!
You might also fall into one (or all) of these categories: you don’t have time for making art, you don’t see the point in it, or you fear trying because the result might “look bad.” The purpose of any creative pursuit is not to have a flawless masterpiece! The goal is, and should always be, joy and self expression.
If feeling creative is something you struggle with, tap in. I’m literally giving you the cheat code. Ten original, show stopping, never-seen-before methods for boosting your creativity! Sometimes all we need is a little inspiration or a nudge in the right direction to get those ideas flowin.
I’m here for you & rooting for you always!

“Before you give into that temptation, remember where it took you last time!”
AHHH we back baby! Today’s episode is inspired by a conversation I had on a plane with a stranger. It’s funny how easily we can connect with people over shared interests, or in this case, shared DISinterests lol.
Whether it’s friends, lovers, jobs, or plans, life is constantly presenting us with options. It can be exhausting to decide on which ones to pick, especially when they feel comfortable. Just because the path feels familiar, doesn’t mean it's the one you should choose. You may just find yourself relearning a painful lesson (maybe for the 10th time).
We’re also hitting the power of placing your attention and energy where it's reciprocated and appreciated. Remember, what you’re not changing, you’re choosing. Take accountability for your choices. Recognize the role you might be playing in your suffering.
I’m here for you & rooting for you always! Xo

We made it to EP 20 babyyyyy! In the spirit of the number 20, I thought it would be fitting to give y’all twenty things to help you get through your 20’s (or however old you may be lol).
When life gives you challenges, know that it’s for a reason. There is always an important lesson hiding in the midst of the chaos, don’t miss out on it! Buuut in case you’re struggling to see the meaning behind a situation right now, maybe one of the things on my list is a lesson you’re meant to learn too.
I hope this resonates with you and maybe even saves you from wasting (more of?) your time in a relationship, friendship, career, or environment that is not aligned with your highest self.

Constantly making excuses as to why you’re not in the gym? Why you’re not motivated? Why you’re not creating? Why you’re not taking care of your space? Why you’re not setting boundaries? I can keep going, orrrr you can just listen to the ep lol.
In this week’s episode, you’re getting a list of the ways that you can elevate your life and be more successful. Success is merely a side effect of growth. Each time you set out to do something to improve yourself or your situation, it creates a ripple effect. Your habits and daily routines can be the reason you achieve your goals and feel at peace, OR they can be the reason you fail and feel unsatisfied.
If you are struggling to feel motivated, this episode will hopefully give you all the hacks and courage needed to turn that sh*t around and get you back on track.

In this week’s episode, y’all are getting a lil life update! I quit my teaching job. Although I recorded this on May 30th…….. I FINALLY got around to editing and posting. Sorry 4 the wait Xx.
Deciding to let go of a job, a person, a toxic relationship, a friend, a community, etc is not an easy task. Here I’m opening up about navigating the loss of connections, but also finding the beauty in creating new ones.
Recording this the day after I quit, had me feeling sappy fs, but don’t trip we alwayssss end on a high note! If you are struggling to let go of something right now, this episode will hopefully give you some emotional insight along with the courage to trust your intuition (that shit never lies).

“When you realize that people’s opinions are charged with their own personal history, you will start to understand that every judgement is a confession” -Anonymous
In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how judging others actually reflects more on your own character than the other persons. I’d even argue that these judgements can actually reveal your internal battles, insecurities, and self doubts. If you think negatively of yourself, why wouldn't you think negatively of others (flip that statement and it still works).
Judging can also stem from the intense need to categorize people into boxes. Y’all know how i feel about that… gtgtgtgtg. Keep them labels away from me!
We are all flawed human beings! We’re constantly f*cking up, but how else can we learn and grow?! Treat life more like an experiment. Instead of judging, let’s all work on having more fun and more empathy .
Other people’s opinions are not your problem! That goes for parents, friends, partners, etc. If you’re feeling the weight of perception and judgement rn, listen up and maybe even send it to the person bringing you down …
I’m here for you! Xo

Ever feel like everything is just too much? There’s too much going on, too many options, too much to do, too many people around, too many noises, and just too much stimulation?!?! Sensory overloaaaaaaad is real.
In this week’s episode, I'm opening up about my recent struggles. Specifically, my intense inability to make choices due to feeling overstimulated asfffff. Lately, the smallest tasks have been stressing me out to the point where I’m simply paralyzed from making any movement or progress.
If you are finding yourself in a similar boat, this episode will give ya a few pointers, but above all the goal is just to make you feel comforted and validated.

In this week’s episode, we’re learning how to grow TF up! I took note of the things that I personally believe we as adults should be working on now, if not already. If you’re in your 20’s or somewhere around there, you know that this is a pivotal age of growth. Nothing feels constant, but the one thing that will always remain is YOU. So why not work on ensuring you are the best version of yourself??? At this age, we need allllll the protection from people, environments, and situations that act against us achieving our highest potential.

You are ALWAYS in the right place at the right time. Every move you make that aligns with your intentions is paving the way for the life you are looking to live. I took my first solo trip!!! This episode is entirely dedicated to all of the experiences, thoughts, connections, and growth that happened as a result. From literal snippets of conversations with my Ubers, to pieces of my inner monologue, you’re getting the whole picture! Or should I say video??
P.S. So happy to be showing my face again, it just feels so much more wholesome!
In this episode, I’m covering what it means to experience life alone, how to work up the courage to talk to strangers, the magnitude of a compliment, the ripple effect, how to be more creative, the bliss of being present, the beauty of having to wait for things, and so much more!
I argue that human connection and quality conversations are what allows us to not only be more empathetic, but also to understand the world through a new lens. Furthermore, we’re diving into the dangers of perfectionism and why you should rebel against the traditional pathways society has set out for us.
There is so much beauty and power in knowing that YOU ARE THE WHOLE PIECE. Your mind is SO powerful. You are independent, capable, and confident. When you truly believe this, you will be UNSTOPPABLE. Anyone that comes along for the ride, is merely an enhancement, not a requirement :)

BREAKING NEWS: Today marks episode one of a new series: Fly on the wall. Last week, I inserted a clip of my sister and I’s phone call and y’all ate it upppp! So it got me thinking… I have conversations on the phone alllll the time… juicy ones. I found myself wishing you could just be a fly on the wall and hear what we’re talking about. Well, now you can!!
Fly on the wall episodes will be a very informal take on hosting guests. It also poses an open invite to YOU the audience to join me. If there’s a topic that you think aligns with the wave I’m on, HMU. I’d absolutely love to talk to you. We're interlinked so there's gotta be somethingggg you’re dying to share with me or my listeners.
In this episode, I decided to bring back my sister Liz, as she and I have recently strengthened our relationship, so much so that phone calls are almost a daily thing. We stayyy yappin.
Today we’re discussing what it means to show up — show up authentically as yourself, show up for friends and family, show up when you don't want to. Specifically, if you're struggling with your sexuality and how that informs your identity or outward presence, we spend a lot of time discussing how to navigate that — especially if you grew up in a society/community with a lack of representation!
Further, we touch on how parents may struggle to show up, but they are flawed people too! We can’t expect them to want to know everything about us, or provide for us, or connect emotionally.. no matter how badly we’d hope for that to be the case. But things CAN change. Boundaries can be created. Speak your mind & stay true to you.
We also hit on the importance of just starting; Whatever that thing is that you keep pushing off because you don't feel ready, don't feel equipped, don’t feel confident in, etc… You are enough!!!! Don't leave any words unsaid. Don’t leave any dreams unexplored. Don’t live in fear.
Thank you soooooo much for listening! If you resonate with anything I mentioned, it's because we're interlinked.. DUHHH.

Think of manifesting as growing a plant. You hold the seeds of your potential in your hands. With proper attention, a strong environment, and trust in the process, any dream can become a reality!
Today’s episode is Part 2 of how to manifest anything you want in life! If you haven’t listened to episode 8, check that out before you listen :) In this episode, we’re hitting the 3 most important steps for manifesting anything you desire.
If you struggle to envision something that hasn’t happened yet, I’m also giving you the methods I use to trick my brain into believing anything I want is already mine!
I’ve also included real footage of a conversation I had with my sister about speaking her sourdough business into reality — her reaction is priceless. Use this as inspiration for speaking life into your own visions or ask me to do it for you!! I would love to help.

“Life is a balance between what we can control and what we cannot. I am learning to live in between effort and surrender” — Danielle OrnerToday I’m letting y'all in on some of my current struggles because life is LIFE-ING. Existing in such an individualistic society where hustle culture is the norm, it can feel really overwhelming to simply exist. Trying to balance work, school, relationships, wellness, creativity, and whatever else is on your plate, is a struggggleee. I get it. So if you need some tips on how to manage all of these baskets or simply just someone who knows how you're feeling, this is a must listen for you. Do not neglect the aspects of your life that your mind and body need to thrive! In this episode, I also discuss the negative consequences of ignoring these baskets. To name a few: dissatisfaction, mood swings, fatigue, irritability, hopelessness, etc. The cure you might ask? Balance and gratitude for all the beautiful moments. Thank you soooooo much for listening! If you resonate with anything I mentioned, it's because we're interlinked.. DUHHH.

If I were to ask you to describe the difference between masculine and feminine energy, what would you say? Are these energies even real?
If your mind instantly went to style or gender roles, you’re on the right track (well, according to society’s standards).
In this episode, we’re exploring these binaries at both an individual level and a relationship level, with the understanding that society's expectations are constantly at play.
Gender is so deeply ingrained into our environments from careers, to religion, to music, and much more. However, I believe it's much more fluid than we are set up to recognize.
If you feel that society has put you in a box when it comes to your identity or sexuality or simply just your existence, this episode is for YOU.
I hope to convince you that labels and abiding by rigid standards are detrimental to your self worth, self expression, and overall peace of mind.
Stay true to yourself — whatever that looks like for you. Your authenticity is your superpower. Free your mind. Free your spirit. Let go. Find your flow.

Would you consider yourself a collector or someone that is very sentimental? You hold onto letters, scraps, stickers, or anything with a cute label/graphic? SAMEEEE.
Here, I’m taking you on a journey from things I collected in my childhood to present day. From Polly pockets to an unhealthy thrifting addiction, I know what you’re going through.
In this episode, we're diving deep into the art of letting go and embracing minimalism. We'll explore the emotional and psychological benefits of decluttering, along with step-by-step instructions to help you transform your living space.
Understanding WHY we hold onto things can prevent this cycle from spiraling. This pertains to emotional baggage and grudges against people too!
Tune in to learn how to create a more intentional, peaceful, and clutter-free environment. A clear space = a clear mind.
