This week I’m determined to keep helping you for the long term, and to do that I'd taken a month away from the podcast to re-asses where to go next! I'd started this podcast to share life's darker moments, because I know for me they taught me so much and can really help us feel less alone when we know others have struggled and fought to overcome adversity that matches our own.
