I'm on estrogen, prometrium, alpha femme, loving it, but just the last month or so, it's like my outer labia are just drooping to the point. If I sit down, suddenly there's a vague sound of clapping flesh. If I walk around the house without undies, I can literally feel them. She says, with five E's. And not in a good way anyone. I'm not general generally concerned about the appearance, but rather the unexpected feeling and change. So Erin, I love this question because you're not alone and it speaks to the pelvic floor sagging, which can actually happen in women as we age if we don't do something to strengthen it.
