Why Your Grandparents Didn’t Have Allergies, Eczema & ADHD, But Your Kids Do

Why didn’t our grandparents have food allergies, eczema or ADHD, but our kids do? Food allergies in children have increased by almost 50% between 1997 and 2011. One in almost two kids now lives with a chronic health issue like eczema, asthma, and ADHD.

Why Your Child Is a Fussy Eater: It’s Not Behaviour, It’s Biology (& It Can Be Healed)

Fussy eating isn’t a phase, it’s a warning sign. Behind every picky eater is a biological imbalance: gut issues, food sensitivities, or nutrient deficiencies that hijack your child’s taste buds and digestion.

Most fussy-eating strategies miss the root cause, which is why progress feels impossible and frustrating. Because like any health condition, we don’t want to just manage fussy eating.

In this first episode, I share the wake-up call that turned my health around from severe depression, chronic fatigue and daily meds to thriving again, and why gut health was the missing piece.
