Uncertainty is everywhere. And actually the real only certainty we have in life. But there are some tricks that can help us to navigate through the uncertainties of life. Our 20s can be the loneliest decade of our lives. Wait, what?
A lot of young people in their 20s experience a peak of loneliness after they graduate from college or university. It’s the first time where we don’t have a built-in system anymore of being told what to do and seeing our friends on a daily basis. How do you figure out what you want in your 20s?
While having tried multiple things since being 18 (now I’m 22) I always struggled to find out what I was really supposed to be doing with my life and I rather found myself jumping from opportunity to opportunity not really allowing myself to reflect.
Actually, 32% of 25 - 33-year-olds say that they are not pursuing the career yet that they want. (S: LinkedIn)
And because I have the feeling that I’m not the only person in her 20s trying to figure out what I am supposed to be doing I wanted to look deeper into the process of how we can actually figure out what we want to do.
