Jordan brings a relatable perspective to the show, and reminds listeners that it's ok to not have everything figured out all at once. Group fitness, specifically spin classes, jumpstarted Ashley's fitness journey in college. She explains how becoming a spin instructor was a huge goal for her and how that goal shifted throughout her time in college. After graduating and deciding not to continue teaching spin post-grad, Ashley discusses how difficult it can be to find a new routine that you enjoy. She also shares her perspective on the difference between teaching a group fitness class vs. working out all on your own, and that it's ok if your goals and priorities shift through your fitness journey.
