A HUGE misconception people have about reaching their goals is it is a one way street. They think they just need to Burn to lose fat.Completely forgetting that in order to do that, you MUST do a few things: ✅ Discover a starting point for their journey.✅ Build AND maintain muscle mass✅ Rebuild your metabolism AFTER a Burn phase ✅ Discover how to maintain their progress. Right now it is set for 4 videos/podcast, but may expand if needed!
I explain the P3 model and how this can get you closer to your goals.
Mindset, cheap meals, and how to navigate them!
Dichotomy of achieving goals:
everything, every choice is a dichotomy. It matters, but at the same time it doesn’t. You can’t workout everyday, but at the same time you must workout. You can’t track everything in your nutrition, but you can’t not track anything at all.Willingness and Unwillingness:
You have to ask yourself this fundamental question, “are you willing?”. Because you are aren’t willing to exercise, eat right, be consistent, and stay focused to your health and wellness. You are willing to be unhappy, stay where you are and not reach your goals. Then if you are unwilling to do that, by virtue you MUST be willing to do these things to achieve them.Building Confidence:
Everyone thinks people are confident because of how they look. But that isn't true at all, they are confident because of the struggles to get there. You become confident by doing hard things, even when you don't want to. The journey makes you confident, not the result.
