Episode 5: How Daniel Lost 40lbs in 4 Months

In this episode we talk about how we were able to:

✅ Increase his metabolism

✅ Eat more food than he has before

✅ Get him off of GLP-1 medication (that was giving him stomach issues)


Over the last 4 months WE HAVEN’T DECREASED CALORIES.  However, he has been losing weight ever since.

I also go over his timeline and what we did to get him where he is today!
