Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - November Challenge - Self
Hello, beautiful, Welcome to the November Gratitude Meditation Challenge.  As you arrive to your space, find a comfortable position – sitting, standing or lying down.  Whatever feels comfortable. Rest your hands naturally, close your eyes if that feels safe, and take a deep inhale… then exhale fully. Let the day’s tension begin to melt away. Inhale… exhale… one more time, feeling yourself arrive in this moment. Bring your awareness to your body. Notice your legs supporting you, your arms moving through your day, your hands creating and comforting, your feet grounding you, your lungs filling with life, your heart beating steadily. Offer gratitude for all that your body allows you to do, even in the smallest ways. Shift your focus to your mind. Thank it for its curiosity, creativity, and wisdom. For the thoughts that guide you, the lessons it remembers, and the decisions it helps you make. Next, bring your attention to your soul. Feel the spark within—the part of you that knows love, compassion, and resilience. Offer gratitude for this inner light that carries you through each day. Take a slow inhale, imagining warmth and light filling every part of you, and exhale, letting go of any tension or self-criticism. Bring to mind three things you are grateful for today—one from your body, one from your mind, one from your soul. Sit with each, letting the feeling expand through you. Set your intention for today: to move through the day with appreciation for yourself and the gifts you carry. Picture this intention as a gentle glow in your heart, radiating outward with every breath. Take one final, deep inhale… exhale fully. Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings, carrying gratitude and intention with you. Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Trust in Timing
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Hello beautiful. As you arrive to your moment of calm, close your eyes if that feels safe, and find a comfortable position.  Feel the natural rhythm of your breath inhaling calm and exhaling with a release.  As the week comes to a close and autumn deepens around us, it reminds us to Trust in Timing — the gentle art of patience and faith in life's unfolding. Not everything blooms at once, and not every answer arrives on our timeline. But there's wisdom in the waiting, just as there's wisdom in the falling leaf that knows exactly when to let go. Take a slow breath in and imagine yourself rooted like a tree in autumn — grounded and patient, watching the landscape shift from green to gold. Trust the unseen growth beneath the surface, even as the world appears to be releasing and retreating. There is no rush in nature. Every season knows when it's time to turn, when it's time to shed, when it's time to rest. Picture the trees around you — some still holding their crimson and amber leaves, others already bare and surrendered to the wind. Neither is behind. Neither is late. Each tree trusts its own rhythm. Trust in timing is the deep knowing that your path is unfolding in perfect rhythm — even when you can't yet see the outcome, even in seasons of release and quiet. You're not behind. You're not late. Like the harvest that only comes after patient tending, you're right on time. Bring your awareness to your heart and breathe in gratitude — for how far you've come, for the abundance you've gathered, for what you're learning in this season of transition, and for what's still forming in the dark, fertile soil beyond your sight. Now, set your intention for today: May I trust the timing of my life — moving with patience, grace, and faith that everything is unfolding as it should. May I embrace this season of letting go, knowing that rest and release are part of the cycle. Take a long, full breath in — crisp and clarifying like autumn air — and a complete exhale, releasing any urge to rush or control, letting go like leaves returning to earth. Rest for a beat in that still abundance — grounded like roots deepening for winter, grateful for the harvest, and at peace with the season you're in. Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Soft Perspective
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com.  Hello beautiful. Let’s begin by finding a comfortable position, closing your eyes if that feels safe and letting your breath guide you inward.  Take a long, slow inhale…and a full, gentle exhale. Today we focus on Soft Perspective — learning to see through gentler eyes.Sometimes our vision narrows when we’re tired, stressed, or uncertain. But when we soften, our view expands — we notice beauty again, we understand more deeply, we forgive more easily. Take a breath in and imagine your gaze widening — like the horizon after a storm clears. What once felt heavy may now feel spacious. What once felt fixed may begin to move. Soft perspective isn’t about ignoring truth — it’s about approaching it with compassion. It’s giving yourself permission to release judgment — of yourself, of others, of what “should be.” Bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly.Feel the rise and fall — your body in rhythm with life itself.Whisper quietly to yourself: I choose to see this moment through kind eyes. Breathe in gratitude for your capacity to shift —to move from reaction to reflection, from tension to tenderness as well as for the people and things in life that interact with you bringing soft perspective. Now, set your intention for today. It could be:May I soften my perspective, allowing understanding and grace to guide what I see. Take one more deep, open breath —and exhale slowly, returning to your day with clarity and calm. Gently open your eyes if they were closed and move into your day with intention and a grateful heart. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Adaptability Fall
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Hello friend. Please find a comfortable position and allow your breath to slow and your shoulders to drop.Gently close your eyes if that feels safe and feel the steady rhythm of air moving in and out — the reminder that flexibility begins with softness. Today we turn our focus to Adaptability — the ability to stay open and flexible as life unfolds in unexpected ways. When we resist change, we become rigid; when we stay curious, we stay free. Take a deep, cleansing breath in…and exhale, releasing the need to have it all figured out. Adaptability doesn’t mean losing yourself — it means trusting that you can bend without breaking. You can shift, realign, and grow through whatever arises. Bring to mind a moment recently when something didn’t go as planned. What if, instead of frustration, you offered yourself compassion? What if you could say: I’m learning how to move with this, not against it. Feel that possibility expanding in your body —the strength that lives inside flexibility, the calm that comes from trusting you can adjust and still remain whole. Take a breath of gratitude for your resilience —for your ability to change course, to listen deeply, to stay true to your center no matter what. Now, set your intention for today; it might be :May I meet the day with adaptability — soft, steady, and open to whatever comes my way. Or whatever is calling you this moment. Take one last breath in —and exhale fully, stepping into your day with grace and ease. Gently open your eyes if they were closed and return to your space. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Acceptance
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Hello loves. As you arrive to your space, feel your body settle into stillness — your feet steady, your breath soft and natural. Take a slow inhale through your nose…and exhale through your mouth, letting the day unwind a little more with each breath. Close your eyes if that feels safe. Today’s focus is Acceptance — the quiet strength that comes from meeting life as it is.So often we try to edit, control, or perfect what’s unfolding. But true peace begins when we stop fighting reality and allow it to simply be. Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing the word should.Let it fall away — every expectation, every “it should have gone differently.”What’s left is the spaciousness of the present moment — real, imperfect, enough. Acceptance isn’t giving up. It’s softening into what’s real. It’s saying, This is where I am right now,and choosing to meet yourself with kindness instead of resistance. Bring one hand to your heart.Feel its steady rhythm — proof that even through uncertainty, you are alive, capable, and whole.Take a breath of gratitude here —for all the ways you’ve learned, adapted, and shown up even when things didn’t go as planned. Now, invite in a sense of ease.See if you can let today unfold without pushing or pulling —just allowing each moment to arrive in its own time.Trust that what needs to change will, and what needs to remain will stay. Set an intention for today:May I meet life with gentle acceptance, finding peace in what is, and faith in what’s to come. Take one last steady breath in —opening your eyes if they were closed and as you exhale, imagine your whole body relaxing into a quiet yes — a yes to this moment, exactly as it is. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Seasonal Grace
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com.  Hello, beautiful. Let’s take a moment to arrive.Let the noise of the day settle — just you, right here, right now.Feel your feet rooted to the ground beneath you, steady and supported.Take a deep breath in through your nose…and a long, gentle exhale through your mouth. Notice the space that begins to open as you breathe.Let your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, your belly soften. This is your moment to pause — to step out of motion and simply be. Today’s theme is Seasonal Grace — the practice of moving with change rather than against it.Think of the way nature shifts with ease — the trees releasing their leaves, the air cooling, the light softening.Nothing forces or resists.Everything unfolds in its time. You, too, are part of that rhythm.Life invites you to grow, to release, to begin again — sometimes gently, sometimes unexpectedly. There’s grace in each transition when we meet it with openness. Take a breath and notice where change is showing up in your life right now.It might be something big or subtle — a routine shifting, a relationship evolving, a new season of your own becoming.Whatever it is, breathe into it.Allow yourself to feel both the uncertainty and the quiet promise it holds. Now, imagine yourself softening around that change —not needing to control it or rush it,just trusting that it’s carrying you somewhere meaningful. Bring your awareness to your heart. With each inhale, gather gratitude —for your ability to adapt, to listen, to trust your own timing. With each exhale, release resistance, making space for ease, for acceptance, for peace. Take a few slow, steady breaths here —inhaling grace, exhaling surrender.Let that rhythm remind you that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Now, set an intention for today:May I move through change with ease and openness, trusting that every shift holds its own kind of beauty. Take one last full breath in — filling your body with calm, steady energy —and exhale completely, grounding into the flow of your day. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Ease & Light
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Hello love. Please find a comfortable position or stand if you like, letting your body feel supported and safe. Close your eyes if that feels comfortable and safe, and take a long, slow inhale… and a full, releasing exhale. Allow your shoulders to drop, your jaw to soften, and your hands to rest gently. Bring your attention to your body from head to toe. Slowly, notice any areas of tension or tightness. With each inhale, invite softness into those spaces. With each exhale, imagine letting go, allowing them to release like leaves falling gently in autumn. Now, gently move your body with your breath—perhaps lifting your arms on an inhale, lowering them on an exhale, or rolling your shoulders and neck. Let the movement be small, easy, and flowing, noticing the rhythm and comfort it brings. With each motion, feel a sense of ease spreading through your body and mind. Reflect silently on one part of your life where you can invite more ease today. It could be in your work, a relationship, or simply in how you carry yourself. Allow gratitude to emerge for the spaces where life already feels lighter and calmer. With this feeling of lightness and ease, set your intention for today. Perhaps it is to approach situations with more patience, to take time so that reactions turn into simple thoughtful responses  or to invite more softness and openness in your interactions. Imagine this intention as a gentle, steady current moving through your breath and body, guiding you. Take one final, deep breath in… and exhale fully, letting your body, mind, and heart settle into ease. Slowly return your awareness to the room, to your posture, and the rhythm of your breath. Gently open your eyes, carrying this sense of calm, flowing ease into the rest of your day. "Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste."

Hello, beautiful. Arrive to your practice by taking a slow, deep breath in through your nose… and exhale fully through your mouth. Let your body settle, your shoulders soften, and your hands rest gently in your lap. Gently close your eyes if that feels safe and feel your connection to the space around you. Now, bring your awareness to the sensations in your body. Notice your feet crossed on the floor or however you are resting, your back supported, the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe. With each inhale, feel the energy of presence, with each exhale, release tension or restlessness. Now, silently name three things you are grateful for in this moment. They can be simple—the warmth of your sweater, the sound of the wind outside, or the feeling of steady breath. Pause with each one, letting gratitude fill your chest and flow through your body. As your awareness settles, reflect on one aspect of your life that feels abundant, something you might usually overlook. It could be your creativity, your relationships, or the simple comforts that surround you. Picture this abundance as a gentle, glowing light within you, steady and warm. Set your intention for today. Perhaps it is to notice more moments of richness in your life, to express appreciation to someone, or to allow yourself to rest fully in what you already have. Feel this intention expand through your body with each breath. Take one final deep inhale, letting gratitude and abundance fill every part of you. Exhale fully, releasing anything that doesn’t serve your highest good. Begin to bring your awareness back to the room, to your body in this space, and to the rhythm of your breath. Gently open your eyes, carrying this sense of appreciation and fullness into your day. "Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste."

Your Daily Three Meditation - Enough & More
A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Theme: Trusting you’ve done and become enough and more Hello love, As you arrive in your space, find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes if that feels safe, and place your hands gently in your lap. Take a slow, deep inhale through your nose… and exhale fully through your mouth. Let the day’s busyness melt away. Let’s begin by picturing yourself standing at the edge of a quiet, still lake at dawn. The water is calm, mirroring the sky above. With each inhale, imagine the light of the rising sun filling you—soft, golden, warm. With each exhale, let go of the feelings that might come up sometimes that tell you you are “not enough,” letting them drift into the lake, dissipating into the gentle mist. Reflect on the journey you’ve taken. All the small victories, the lessons, the times you showed courage, kindness, or persistence. Even the moments that felt hard—they shaped you into who you are today. Allow yourself to feel the fullness of your experiences, knowing they have made you enough and more. Now, bring to mind three things you are grateful for in this very moment. They can be simple—a warm cup of tea or coffee, a smile from a friend, maybe even the steady rhythm of your breath. Let gratitude settle into your chest and flow through your body like the calm water before you. Now, with that warm full feeling, set your intention for today. Maybe it’s to honor your voice, to act from your own confidence, to notice moments where you feel full. Picture this intention as a soft light glowing at your heart, guiding your steps through the day. Take one more deep breath in, feeling the energy of enoughness filling you completely. Exhale slowly, releasing anything that no longer serves you. Gently bring your awareness back to the room, to your body in this space, carrying with you the trust that you are enough and more. Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Graceful Completion
Hello, beautiful. Take a moment to arrive — just as you are.Let your breath soften.Inhale slowly through your nose…and exhale gently through your mouth, allowing everything within you to settle. You’ve moved through many moments — each one shaping, teaching, and preparing you. Now, you arrive in a space of completion — not as an ending, but as a quiet honoring of what has come full circle. Take another deep breath and notice what feels whole.Maybe it’s a lesson understood, a part of yourself reclaimed, or a simple truth that feels steady and clear.Let gratitude rise gently for all that has unfolded to bring you here. Graceful completion isn’t about perfection or closure. It’s about allowing things to rest — trusting that what’s done is enough, and what’s meant to continue will. Like the final note of a song that lingers in the air,its beauty lives on in the stillness that follows. So breathe in appreciation…and breathe out release.Let your shoulders drop.Let your thoughts quiet.Let your heart open to peace. Bring your hands to your heart, feeling the rhythm of your own completion.Whisper softly to yourself:I am grateful for all I’ve lived, and I trust what unfolds next. Inhale peace.Exhale gratitude. Thank you for being here.   Go out and make it a great day.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Flow & Focus
Hello friend,.As you arrive to your space, gently close your eyes if that feels safe and find a comfortable position.  Take a breath in — steady, full, alive. And exhale — letting the day settle around you like a soft current. Today, we invite flow — that gentle balance between effort and ease. It’s where clarity meets momentum… where doing and being become one seamless motion. Take another slow inhale. As you breathe out, imagine your thoughts arranging themselves into clear, calm lines —like ripples smoothing across still water. There’s no rush, no forcing — only focus that feels natural. When you’re in flow, energy moves through you, not from you.You don’t have to push; you simply allow.Tasks become lighter, words come easier, timing feels right.Focus, then, isn’t about tightening your grip — it’s about softening your resistance. Pause for a moment and think of one thing you’d like to move through with grace today.Visualize yourself doing it with presence —steady breath, clear mind, open heart.Flow meeting focus. Now, bring your hands together — a gentle gesture of gratitude for this balance you can return to anytime.Set your intention:Today, I move with purpose and flow with ease. Inhale momentum…Exhale calm. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Embodied Wisdom
Hello, beautiful. Take a moment to arrive — just as you are.Gently close your eyes if that feels safe and rest comfortably seated or even laying down. Let your next breath be a little deeper than the one before it…and your exhale a little slower. With each breath, feel yourself settling into your own rhythm — natural, effortless, steady. There is a quiet intelligence within you — one that doesn’t need to be analyzed or proven. It lives in the small signals of your body: the way your shoulders drop when something feels right, the way your stomach tightens when something doesn’t. Today, you’re invited to listen to that wisdom — the kind that lives below thought. You’ve gathered insight from so many experiences this year. Now, your body knows what to carry forward — and what to release. Take a breath, and imagine your cells remembering balance, calm, and truth. Each inhale restores what nourishes you; each exhale lets go of what no longer fits. Now, bring to mind one thing your body or intuition has guided you toward — a decision, a moment, or even a feeling that you’re grateful for.Let that gratitude expand with your breath, filling every part of you with quiet appreciation. Embodied wisdom isn’t about control — it’s about trust.Trusting that you don’t have to try so hard to know. You already do. Rest your hands gently over your heart or wherever feels natural.Feel the warmth there — the steady pulse that reminds you you’re alive, present, and guided. Whisper your intention:I trust the wisdom within me to lead the way. Inhale trust…Exhale ease. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Alignment in Action
Hello, love. Welcome, and thank you for taking this moment to pause and realign. Let’s begin by gently closing our eyes if that feels safe and by inhaling slowly through your nose… feeling your body expand with calm, grounded energy.Exhale gently through your mouth… releasing anything that feels rushed or scattered.Again — breathing in clarity… and breathing out distraction. One more time — inhale deeply… and exhale fully. Now, gently notice your posture — the natural line from the crown of your head through your shoulders, ribs, and hips.Without forcing, allow everything to come into soft alignment.Imagine that your breath moves freely through this open channel — a current connecting mind, body, and purpose. This is what alignment feels like: easeful, awake, and present. From this centered space, ask yourself: What feels aligned for me today? Not what others expect, not what’s most convenient — but what’s true for you in this moment. Alignment in action means bringing your inner clarity into the world through choice and movement. It’s following through on what your heart knows, even quietly.Maybe that means focusing on one meaningful task instead of many.Maybe it’s choosing calm over urgency, or honesty over comfort. Take another breath and notice how it feels when your actions match your values — steady, clear, peaceful.Let that sensation become your guide today. Bring your hands to your heart.Feel the calm strength that comes from living in integrity with yourself.Whisper your intention:Today, I move in alignment with who I truly am. Inhale clarity…Exhale confidence. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Integration
Hello, beautiful.Welcome, and thank you for taking this pause in your day. Let’s begin with the breath.Inhale slowly through your nose… let the air expand through your chest and ribs.Exhale gently through your mouth… letting go of any lingering tension.Again — breathe in calm, steady energy… and breathe out anything that feels scattered or unfinished. One more full inhale… and a long, complete exhale. Now, imagine yourself standing at the center of a golden web — threads of experience, learning, and growth stretching out around you. Each thread holds a piece of your journey from this year — a challenge you met, a truth you discovered, a strength you didn’t know you had.Notice how each one glows softly, connecting to others. You’ve been gathering wisdom, even when it didn’t feel like it. Take a moment to breathe in this realization: you are whole, even as you continue to evolve.Integration is not about perfection — it’s about recognizing that everything you’ve lived through belongs.Every lesson, every stumble, every joy — all of it weaves together to form the fabric of who you are today. Now, bring your hands together at your heart, palms warm.Feel the energy you’ve gathered — gratitude for how far you’ve come, and appreciation for how all the parts of you work together in harmony. Let your intention for today rise from that space of wholeness.Perhaps it’s simply this: I honor my path. I trust that all I’ve learned is guiding me forward. Take one final deep breath in…and exhale, grounding your energy into this moment of completeness. Thank you for being here.Go out and make it a great day.Namaste.

Now, imagine sitting at a table spread with nourishing food — fruits, grains, warm bread, a comforting meal. See the colors, feel the warmth, notice how your anticipation of  this nourishment supports you. In life, there is also nourishment – not just for your body like the spread before you but also for your mind and your spirit. Quiet moments that bring enlightenment and guidance. Interactions that bring forth joy and growth. Experiences that leave memories and fulfillment. Pause and ask yourself: what is nourishing me right now? Is it connection, rest, creativity, or kindness? Bring to mind three nourishing gifts in your life today. Name each one silently, and let gratitude rise for the way it sustains you. Now set one intention for your day: to welcome nourishment in all forms — to eat with presence, to rest without guilt, to allow your spirit to be fed. Take one final inhale, breathing in nourishment… and a long exhale, feeling cared for and whole. When you’re ready, gently return, carrying this sense of fullness into your day. Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste.

Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude & Intention Setting
Your Daily Three Meditation - Gratitude
Join me every M-F for a new episode; Mondays are devoted to a general meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting around your own theme that can be practiced every day. Tuesdays-Fridays are guided around a suggested word that you can return to again and again when you are feeling the need for more focus.  Today, we turn our attention to Gratitude. To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Today's transcript: Hello beautiful, Let’s take a moment to arrive. Close your eyes if that feels safe, and breathe with me. Inhale slowly, feeling your lungs expand… and exhale, softening into the moment. Again, breathing in deeply… and breathing out fully. One more steady breath in… and a long, gentle breath out. Today we focus on gratitude. Imagine a soft light glowing at the center of your chest. With each breath, this light grows brighter, filling you with warmth. This light is gratitude — the awareness of the blessings in your life. Take a few breaths as you let this light expand. Feel it in your chest, your shoulders, your whole being. Now, name three things you are grateful for today. They may be people, experiences, or even small moments of beauty. As you hold each one in your mind, picture placing it gently into that glowing light within your chest. Notice how your gratitude makes the light grow brighter. With gratitude alive, set one intention for today: to let this light of gratitude guide you. Perhaps it’s pausing to say thank you, noticing simple joys, or meeting challenges with appreciation for what’s already here. Take one last deep inhale, letting gratitude fill every part of you… and a long exhale, sending that gratitude out into the world. When you’re ready, return gently, opening your eyes with a grateful heart. Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste.
