Let’s begin by finding a comfortable position, closing your eyes if that feels safe and letting your breath guide you inward.  Take a long, slow inhale…and a full, gentle exhale. Today we focus on Soft Perspective — learning to see through gentler eyes.Sometimes our vision narrows when we’re tired, stressed, or uncertain.But when we soften, our view expands — we notice beauty again, we understand more deeply, we forgive more easily. Take a breath in and imagine your gaze widening — like the horizon after a storm clears.What once felt heavy may now feel spacious.What once felt fixed may begin to move. Soft perspective isn’t about ignoring truth — it’s about approaching it with compassion.It’s giving yourself permission to release judgment — of yourself, of others, of what “should be.” Bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly.Feel the rise and fall — your body in rhythm with life itself.Whisper quietly to yourself: I choose to see this moment through kind eyes. Breathe in gratitude for your capacity to shift —to move from reaction to reflection, from tension to tenderness as well as for the people and things in life that interact with you bringing soft perspective. Now, set your intention for today. It could be:May I soften my perspective, allowing understanding and grace to guide what I see.
