Please find a comfortable position and allow your breath to slow and your shoulders to drop.Gently close your eyes if that feels safe and feel the steady rhythm of air moving in and out — the reminder that flexibility begins with softness. Today we turn our focus to Adaptability — the ability to stay open and flexible as life unfolds in unexpected ways.When we resist change, we become rigid; when we stay curious, we stay free. Take a deep, cleansing breath in…and exhale, releasing the need to have it all figured out. Adaptability doesn’t mean losing yourself — it means trusting that you can bend without breaking.You can shift, realign, and grow through whatever arises. Bring to mind a moment recently when something didn’t go as planned.What if, instead of frustration, you offered yourself compassion?What if you could say: I’m learning how to move with this, not against it. Feel that possibility expanding in your body —the strength that lives inside flexibility,the calm that comes from trusting you can adjust and still remain whole. Take a breath of gratitude for your resilience —for your ability to change course, to listen deeply, to stay true to your center no matter what. Now, set your intention for today; it might be :May I meet the day with adaptability — soft, steady, and open to whatever comes my way. Or whatever is calling you this moment.
