Doctors often grow impatient with their practice growth, causing them to jump from one marketing company to another without fine-tuning their conversion skills first.  If a practice cannot convert on the phone or inside the practice on the first two visits, no marketing will change that.  So, take it from someone who was in the same shoes as many of you: I wasn't able to rapidly increase my income until I got better systems and skills on the front end.
