I’m a recovering girl boss and couldn’t be happier. I like to think of the girl boss movement as “hustle culture painted in lipgloss”. What started as a way to define ambitious, young women focused on their career turned into an excuse to shame other women who don’t want to run around stressed, sleep deprived and working 80 hour weeks.
