If you have understood everything but are still apprehensive. It may just be a fear of failure but rest assured you are on the correct path. The key is to be certain. If you are suffering any doubts over specific things I've mentioned please re-watch the previous videos and take as much time as you need to understand the power of nicotine addiction. In the coming days you will find whether it be at a social event or during a testing time that you will be self assured in your decision to quit smoking. It will be one of the first many moments of revelations. See smoking for what it is, an insidious, confidence trick designed to keep you enslaved for your life. I need you to make a solemn vow that when you extinguish that last cigarette that you will never ever smoke another and put your life first. I need you to make another vow, that whenever you think about smoking, whether it be a good day or bad day, you never ever question your decision but simply think ""I have 100% freedom now, nothing can stop me now"" Keep me up to date with your progress. I'd wish you luck but I'm already proud of you and confident you can do this! INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Keep an open mind
  2. Extinguish the final cigarette with a feeling of 100% freedom and elation - Not deprivation or misery
  3. Be aware that the nicotine demon will be trying to trick you.
  4. Do not avoid social situations or other smokers.
  5. You are already a non-smoker
  6. Don't worry if your thoughts are obsessed over smoking for a few weeks, this is perfectly normal. Rejoice in the transitional period.

Thank you for watching.

If the thought of never having another cigarette fills you with panic, try to face up to the only alternative "Never being allowed to quit and being enslaved for eternity in the nicotine trap" See smoking for what it really is. A deadly, contagious, addictive disease that gets worse and worse and leads to a lifetime of misery and an early death. Have a smoke while reviewing these recap points. I wish you all the best on your journey to be free from the nicotine trap and I know you can do it, you already got this far, please also feel free to message me on my social media channels. 1. For the first few days to possibly first few months, you will have an inner saboteur that will work it's hardest to try and undermine your resolution and goals. Recognise this saboteur as the nicotine demon dying in it's death throes. You may feel disoriented for a while adjusting to the change, this is perfectly normal. 2. For the first 30 days your mind may completely think about nothing but smoking, this is normal and natural, after all you may have smoked for years or decades, it's not going to disappear instantly like that but it does get progressively better each day. There's nothing bad happening, it's a wonderful change that leads you to 100% freedom 3. It's what you are thinking that's crucial, if you are constantly thinking "I'm craving a cigarette but can't have one" instead of "I'm a non-smoker, I'm already free!" you'll feel great every time a pop up craving does occur 4. See smoking for what it really is, an unhealthy lifelong addiction to nicotine that can only be stopped if you identify cravings as just the nicotine demon in it's final stages of life 5. Smoking is the enemy, when an enemy disappears, you don't go through a period of mourning or heartbreak, instead you can immediately rejoice and move on with your life 6. Spend the next few days after your final cigarette exhilarated that you are now free from being enslaved. Rejoice in your decision to be free 7. Do not wait to become a non-smoker, you are already a non-smoker the moment you extinguished that final cigarette. Do not wait for baited breath for a moment you feel like a non-smoker, it will never come because you are already a non-smoker. 8. You will enjoy social occasions more 9. You will be able to better concentrate and find solutions to stress and boredom that don't involve puffing on cigarettes 10. Understand the only difference between smokers and non-smokers is that non-smokers have no desire to smoke a single cigarette, Accept that for the first few days you may misinterpret the nicotine demon dying as "I want a cigarette" instead of "Hooray the demon is dying" but please do not give in to smoking, this is short and temporary and the time will fly past quick 11. Do not avoid social situations that feature other smokers. Relish in your ability to refrain from partaking in smoking and showing others how powerful the new you is 12. Willpower does not work, never go down this method. There is no willpower to be used when quitting, change your frame of thinking to understand that taking up smoking again requires willpower 13. No smoker ever enjoys smoking, you are freeing yourself form your addiction to nicotine #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

Check out The Complete Guide to Horror ↪ YouTube: @completeguidetohorror ↪ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@completeguidetohorror There is no sacrifice when beating our nicotine addictions! There is nothing to give up! The most common reason that smokers give for quitting is health followed by money however finances are an afterthought for some. Health and money were the reasons I wanted to quit. It never dawned on me that I should have quit because I was addicted to a drug. I knew personally that my regular bouts of asthma, coughing and sleep apnoea were directly related to smoking but I avoided linking them to my addiction. Now that I'm free, I have much better breathing, more money and no longer suffer from bouts of asthma or coughing. I relied on a preventor medication alongside ventalin and due to other factors like my weight gain from years of smoking, I was at risk of needing a sleep apnoea machine.

The increased savings in my wallet and increased signs of physical health were just some of the gains I accrued once I became a non-smoker. What surprised me the most was the sudden boost of energy I received too, it permanently pulled me out of my lethargic state which I had for years because of smoking. A few days after quitting I felt a moment of revelation, I was going to be just fine. It dawned on me that even though I might experience the odd craving every now and then, I knew I would never go back to smoking. A few weeks later I had another moment of revelation, I had spent my early 20s defending my right to kill myself through smoking that I didn't realise non-smokers never had this stupid idea. It never really occurred to me that non-smokers never have to worry about whether this restaurant or office or hotel or building or social circle would allow for me to smoke without judgement. A few months after quitting I realised the second biggest gain that came from quitting was to be free of all the self hatred and gaining back my self esteem and confidence. We know as smokers that we fell into an evil trap and waste shitloads of money to fuel our addictions. Now that I'm free, it's my mission to spread the good news to help other smokers beat their addictions. I cannot begin to describe how it feels to have freedom, confidence, power and control back in my life. when you too become free, you'll look at other smokers not with envy or desire but with pity. Pity that they haven't found the key yet to escape from the nicotine trap. It's not a sense of superiority but a sense of genuine reflection. Another gain that occurred around the two year mark after was the resulting weight loss. As my previous lethargy lifted, I had more energy and time for regular things that non-smokers do like healthy eating, exercise and keeping up with a social life. I lost 20kg and now enjoy my life for all the genuine highs and lows that it is. I now have the joy of living back and no cigarette can tempt me back into becoming enslaved in the nicotine trap again. You'll have similar and different revelations than me and at differing time periods too. It's part of the reflective process when you realise you are freeing yourself from the nicotine trap. With that in mind, continue to the next episode on the final instructions and again feel free to light up a cigarette, #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

One Last Cigarette
#27 - To Vape? Or Not to Vape? | #OneLastCigarette

Send me a tip via PayPal! notanotherwhitegay@gmail.com Follow me on social media ↪ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@justinmatters.mp4 ↪ Instagram: https://instagram.com/justinmatters.mp4 ↪ Linktree: https://linktr.ee/justinmatters Read the study by Mehmet Kesimer here; https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/10/171020105346.htm One hipster trend that has taken off in recent years are the electronic cigarettes or "vapes". These tools allow you to recharge a battery, fill a tiny pen like substance with flavoured liquid and breathe in and out vapour. There are also disposable vapes on the rise with promises of 6000 puffs but these devices are now just as costly as cigarettes and in Australia, it's unclear whether many of these vapes contain nicotine. It's also a tool commonly associated with helping younger people ditch cigarettes but is it safer than cigarettes? No. Mehmet Kesimer, PhD, senior author and associate professor of pathology and laboratory medicine at the UNC School of Medicine, and co-authors report findings from what is believed to be the first study of the harmful effects of e-cigarettes using sputum samples from human lungs. "There is confusion about whether e-cigarettes are 'safer' than cigarettes because the potential adverse effects of e-cigarettes are only beginning to be studied," said Kesimer, who is also a member of the UNC Marsico Lung Institute. "This study looked at possible biomarkers of harm in the lungs. And our results suggest that in some ways using e-cigarettes could be just as bad as smoking cigarettes."

A 2016 Surgeon General's report found that e-cigarette use has increased by 900 percent among high school students from 2011 to 2015. Also in 2016, the Food and Drug Administration extended its regulatory oversight of tobacco products to include e-cigarettes. The study compared sputum samples from 15 e-cigarette users, 14 current cigarette smokers and 15 non-smokers.

Study limitations include the fact that of the 15 e-cigarette users, five said they occasionally smoked cigarettes and 12 identified themselves as having smoked cigarettes in the past. "Comparing the harm of e-cigarettes with cigarettes is a little like comparing apples to oranges," Kesimer said. "Our data shows that e-cigarettes have a signature of harm in the lung that is both similar to what we see in cigarette smokers and unique in other ways." This research challenges the concept that switching to e-cigarettes is a healthier alternative. So while you may have the best intentions in trying something else to erase your addiction to cigarettes, you are only sabotaging yourself and your lungs further. All substitutes make it harder to quit and all substitutes are wastes of money and bigger wastes of time. Why put yourself through all the pain and misery and ghastly costs of substitutes when we're about to dispel the last two illusions of smoking "is it necessary to suffer from withdrawal symptoms when quitting?" "Is it difficult to quit?" No but before we delve into those illusions, let's discuss the incredible pleasure of being a non-smoker in the next episode. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

I hate everything from patches to sprays to hypnosis to gum to hotlines because I've tried them all and none of them ever effectively worked for me. Hotlines are a terrific way to lie to a stranger on the phone about how your quitting process is going. The most damaging and common substitutes for assisting in quitting involve nicotine. All nicotine replacement therapies are utter horseshit. All nicotine substitute products have large marketing campaigns, TV advertising and the support of government officials. Why? For one, the government officials are uneducated and two these nicotine products are legal. When you have attempted to quit previously, you are being told in order to be successful, you have two powerful enemies to defeat: 1. To break the smoking habit 2. To survive the terrible, horrifying withdrawal symptoms. These are designed to keep you enslaved on quit smoking substitutes. These 'two powerful enemies' that are programmed into our minds by the quit smoking industry revolve around impossible goals to reach as they rely exclusively on willpower. The theory is that because these two powerful enemies cannot be taken on at once, you have to keep ingesting nicotine in a form other than smoking and then once the smoking habit is broken, you have to survive the horrible withdrawal symptoms. But wait a minute! We've already established that both these powerful enemies are bullshit. Smoking isn't a habit, it's an addiction and the physical withdrawal symptoms are so slight, we don't even perceive them. Our mental withdrawal symptoms are torture if we use the willpower method which these substitutes want you to use and only use.

You cannot beat a nicotine addiction by continuing to use nicotine You cannot survive withdrawal symptoms through willpower If these companies were intelligent of any kind they would provide you a similar program like mine so you remove the desire to smoke and understand that your nicotine addiction is a drug addiction.

Yet all these companies seem to have the same 'magic solution' that costs lots of money and have varying lengths of withdrawal periods with terrible side effects including vomiting, nausea, depression, hiccups and weight gain. I want you to light up a cigarette if you are not smoking one currently and think about how you would feel if instead of a cigarette, you instead had to take a pill or spray your mouth every time you had a craving. Do you feel better? No? Of course not. Don't be fooled by vested commercial interests.

Nicotine replacement therapy has been a common practice for over 30 years yet if it was the magical solution it claims to be, why do most participants revert back to smoking? Because NRT is fucking stupid.

NRT continues to feed the nicotine demon and keeps your mind warped. It also prolongs the brainwashing monster by making you feel worthless and enslaving you, it appears to make cigarettes 10x more precious than they used to. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

Cigarettes make you lethargic, lazy and overweight. When we have attempted to quit numerous times, our first thought is to substitute cigarettes for little rewards like sweets, chocolates or our favourite fast food meals. During my first attempt at quitting with the willpower method, I kept a stash of snacks in my work drawer filled to the brim with chips, gummy bears, chocolates and sour straps. I figured if I craved cigarettes I would replace these cravings with my sweet tooth. It only lead to terrible eating habits when I tried to quit and even more terrible eating disorders when I resumed smoking due to the shame I felt from not being able to quit. A smoker will go 8 - 10 hours without smoking so the first one in the morning is our 'special' cigarette. So special that it causes us to cough, splutter and choke. It's also unsurprisingly the cigarette that tastes the absolute worst. We confuse our hunger and thirst constantly for another need for that ritualistic cigarette in the morning continuing yet another vicious cycle that keeps us enslaved. Although the feeling of the cruel nicotine demon is identical to hunger pangs, nicotine will never relieve a craving for food or vice-versa. During my peak addiction I skipped breakfast in favour of relieving my drug addled brain with cigarettes, foolishly believing I had solved my hunger pangs at the same time. Any smoker knows that if you are short of money and it's a choice between food or cigarettes, the clear winner is cigarettes each and every time. As I got out of the habit of eating breakfast, I started to forgo lunch too. Often at work I would be questioned as to why I would be found out the back smoking on my lunch breaks instead of joining friends for lunch. Truthfully, I couldn't afford both, sure I could just bring food from home but where was the time in between my 20 cigarettes a day? I laugh at it now but back then I simply had no time for anything or anybody else. Relationships suffered as a result as did my work life which sent my weight spiralling into over 125kg. I was a chain smoker that was 45kg overweight, stinking of tobacco and constantly stressed at losing my sanity and my life to nicotine addiction without realising so. Nicotine like all drugs have the same insidious subtle trick, with one difference. Once you understand the illusion of confidence it becomes significantly easier to quit. As we use substitutes like sweets to aid us in quitting, we are sabotaging our efforts, but weight is no the only substitute that is false. All substitutes make it harder to quit and we explore this in the next video. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

It's bullshit. Smoking does not relieve stress or aid concentration or relieve boredom, to do so would cancel each other out rendering it ineffective. There are many tools to help aid concentration and relieve boredom and stress that don't involve breathing dangerous fumes into our lungs at a hefty cost. Physically and mentally dominant types of people take on more stress and responsibility hence why they are more likely to become more heavy smokers because they've been fed into the nicotine trap. Casual smokers tend to have less stress in their lives, hence why many younger people remain as casual smokers longer than more adult types until they go through the true rituals of being in your 20's and becoming a proper responsible adult with bills to pay. While we have changing responsibilities and levels of stress as we take on new jobs, start a family and suffer from heartbreak and life changes, there is no such thing as an addictive personality. It's just another flimsy excuse we use to self medicate our failed attempts at quitting. No one chooses to become hooked on drugs and we don't get hooked because of 'addictive personalities. It would be like saying people who get attacked by sharks while surfing have 'shark attack personalities'. It's an incredible coincidence that the only people who believe they have addictive personalities are people who become to drugs. It's the drug that addicts you, not your personality. Nicotine is why we're addicted to smoking and I've said this many times throughout the program. Now that you understand addictive personalities are bullshit, in the next episode, let's tackle a common excuse smokers use to avoid quitting. weight gain. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

What we're trying to achieve is a frame of mind. You will always have good days and bad days but never at any point during these days have you ever wanted to inject yourself with heroin, you just simply accept the events of the day or cope with it. When you have your last cigarette, instead of feeling miserable and deprived, you'll now be feeling a terrific, marvellous sense of elation. ISN'T THIS AMAZING! I DON'T NEED CIGARETTES! I''M OFFICIALLY A NON SMOKER! You become a non smoker the moment you extinguish your final cigarette. Typically with the shitty willpower method, other smokers and non-smokers will tell you that you are apparently a non-smoker the moment you stop thinking about it. Any change comes with an adjustment period and luckily with this video series, there's no false promises and the adjustment period is small and removes all doubt or uncertainties as we've destroyed them all before you watch the last video. Your final cigarette will be one of triumph and while it may be difficult to comprehend at this point, by the end of this video series, you will be 100% confident in your decision and trust me, as a former heavy smoker, you will have no desire to return to smoking. You may get cravings but these are easier to overcome with the knowledge you've already equipped. By day 100 of stopping smoking, you'll feel the true confidence and certainty of never going back to cigarettes ever again. To achieve that 100 day milestone, we need to remember that there are no advantages to being a smoker, no matter what one of the five types we perceive ourselves to be. All types of smokers are still suffering from a form of insidious nicotine addiction. Ignore all the latest fads and terrible products that claim to assist smokers in successfully quitting. Nicotine replacement is still nicotine addiction and is a waste of money. I personally hated all the patches, sprays and gums. They gave me hiccups, tasted like shit or in the case of hypnosis, it didn't work despite trying it twice and paying $600 overall. You can avoid these costly methods by now knowing how to destroy your nicotine addiction so how do we effectively destroy any notion of addiction coming back? We need to understand the concept of addiction itself and revisit what makes us addicted to smoking in the first place and another cold hard truth in the next video is that addictive personalities simply do not exist. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

Smokers that only have the occasional cigarette during Christmas or their birthday and never smoke for the rest of the year. They only dabble as they fear getting hooked and understand how addictive cigarettes are. These types also think constantly about that one cigarette every year despite their denial and become aggravated and depressed once their yearly cigarette is over. the cigarette always tastes foul and they are still brainwashed into smoking for eternity. Most smokers start off like this at a young age whether it be from sneaking cigarettes from their parents packets or during teenage rights of passages at parties and sleepovers. there's nothing to envy here, you can still have the rebellious streak of your teen years without dabbling in cigarette smoking. 2. The casual smoker that is hooked and one type we explored previously. These smokers are the transitional stage towards heavy full time smoking. It may take a few years or can even take a few weeks. 3. A very rare type and one that is tortured continuously. They are the ones who appear to have remained casual smokers for years thereby only smoking no more than a few a day, yet these are the types that are effectively more hooked and more miserable than any other type due to their exercise in willpower to stave off cigarettes yet they don't have enough control to quit completely. 4. The heavy smoker that attempts to cut down on their cigarettes only to come back smoking more per day than ever before. 5. The stoppers and starters who claim to be able to happily smoke for 6 months and then quit happily for 6 months which is the biggest fucking lie ever told. If type 5 were so happy smoking for 6 months why did they attempt to quit and if they were so happy and found it easy to quit for 6 months, why did they pick up smoking again? It's because they hate being smokers and desire to be non smokers. They use the willpower method to quit and as we know, this method never ever works permanently. They don't get the best of both worlds, they get the worst of all worlds. When we are allowed to smoke, we wish we didn't have to and yet when we feel restricted form smoking we throw ourselves in a chaotic panic and rummage for a cigarette and lighter in hopes to relieving ourselves. The cold hard truth is WE ARE DRUG ADDICTS AND NICOTINE IS THAT DRUG The self deceit is now clearer than ever. All smokers suffer from nicotine addiction and any other excuse is complete and utter bullshit. Now that you can see through the façade of nicotine addiction, you may be tempted to tell other smokers this, I'd highly advise not too, it will only embarrass them as they may not completely understand how the nicotine trap works in successfully brainwashing them into becoming heavy smokers. It is only fear that keeps people smoking, Putting the fear into a smokers head will ensure they close their minds off to any change or education. You'll also look like an arrogant asshole despite your best intentions. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

Think back to your first cigarette, who convinced you to have your first cigarette? Was it a self described party smoker? 8 times out of 10 this is always the case. After all why would we be tempted to light a cigarette from a heavy smoker who is too busy choking and coughing up flem? It's obvious they're addicted and miserable yet we perceive party/casual smokers as the opposite yet they are completely the same if not worse. A five a day smoker scratches the itch for about an hour a day: the other 23 hours, they suffer from the continuous itch. Because this empty, insecure emotion feels identical to regular hunger and stress, the casual smoker doesn't relate it to smoking, they are fooled into believing they have no addiction. It's why casual smokers think they get a genuine enjoyment from lighting up completely unaware they suffer the exact same illusions as heavy smokers. We don't realise as casual/party smokers that we are already imprisoned so why would we even think of attempting to escape it? By the time we realise, it becomes difficult as we rely on gimmicks and willpower to try and escape from nicotine addiction. Even if you only smoked one cigarette a day, you spend the remaining 23 hours and 50 minutes waiting for that daily cigarette to come around, you torture yourself and keep feeding the nicotine demon. I started out smoking as a casual party smoker, averaging a couple on weekend, it grew to smoking 5 a day when I began my university studies foolishly believing I would never match the pack a day smokers that were my mother and sister who were chronically hooked from the same age of 16 yet by the age of 25 I was smoking the same amount of cigarettes as them both and setting a bad example for my impressionable younger siblings. It's very difficult to persuade heavy smokers that there is no such thing as a happy smoker, casual, party or otherwise. We have all started off as casual smokers and think that bullshit blissful state was something to aspire to for eternity. But nothing was ever pleasurable about being a casual smoker. Because all smokers feel stupid about their habits, we have to habitually lie and pretend we get some form of pleasure from smoking in order to retain some form of self respect in our own eyes and in the public court. Our collective belief that we enjoy smoking hooks newer smokers in. Casual smokers love to brag about how often they can go without a cigarette. Who fucking cares. Why do they need to brag at all? I love watching RuPaul's Drag Race but I don't go around bragging about how I can go an entire year waiting for the new season because it doesn't fucking matter. When casual smokers brag about how often they can without smoking they may as well blurt out I can only go this amount of time before my willpower caves in and I have to give in to smoking. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

Point blank

Cutting down doesn't work.

Shitty things happen if you try to cut down. First the nicotine demon stays alive in your body but its hunger for more nicotine pulses more and more. As you continue to watch clocks and set timers for your next spare cigarette, you waste your life away waiting for your next fix of nicotine when all that time can be better spent doing anything else that brings you true joy.

Two worse things happen though when you cut down on cigarettes.

1. When you indulge yourself, cigarette after cigarette, you are only partially 'relieving' your nicotine addiction and causing yourself to feel more insecure, more nervous and more shitty.

2. You make each spare cigarette appear to give you more of an illusionary pleasure. By spacing cigarettes apart more and more, you now rely on these sole cigarette for your 'crutch' and 'pleasure'.

Why on earth would any smoker want to put themselves through this?

There are many times all smokers have done this especially myself. A factor is money, As prices go up on tobacco excise, we limit ourselves due to our budgets and choose to space cigarettes over our pay cycles. But these periods of abstinence just fool us into believing that we somehow really do get a 'pleasure' from cigarettes while simultaneously ignoring that these are the pangs of nicotine addiction. Another factor is health, some smokers simply cannot smoke cigarette after cigarette, some may have issues with asthma, lung cancer or have to hide their habits from their boss or loved ones. Yet they receive all the negative benefits and pangs of addiction like heavy smokers.

One temptation of failed quitters is to cut down on smoking instead of giving up on cigarettes altogether. It's another vicious cycle and relies on willpower to continue to cut down on cigarettes.

Willpower doesn't work when quitting cigarettes and it does not work when attempting to cut down. If you have tried cutting down like millions of other smokers and like me, you'll know from first hand experience that it is problematic and just cannot be sustainable. Smoking is an addiction not a habit.

All smokers have a permanent tug of war in their brains and a permanent itch inside their bodies to smoke because of the nicotine demon and the brainwashing demon. Yet when we light up, we only cure the itch until we finish that cigarette, however with each cigarette we create a new itch, spreading our nicotine dependency like wildfire.

Willpower doesn't help you to quit successfully and permanently so willpower therefore will not help you cut down more and more, you'll always come back to a higher amount of cigarettes than you were smoking before. This is akin to yo-yo dieting where you regain more weight than you previously lost. Eventually your willpower will always run out and when it does, you will be left exhausted, frustrated and give up on any further attempts to quit again.

Cutting down is associated with another group of smokers who we tend to believe are the 'perfect' models for decreasing our tobacco addiction. The happy casual smokers. We envy them, but they're nothing but liars. In the next episode, we explore why there is no such thing as a happy casual smoker.

In order to win the war, our video series concentrates on two important issues.

  1. Removing the need and desire to smoke through education on nicotine addiction its traps; and
  2. Reversing all the brainwashing through further education of why all other methods of quitting are problematic for the vast majority of smokers.

Our previous attempts to quit through willpower and nicotine aides are like having small several itches all over our body but we are not allowed to scratch. Honestly no wonder most smokers never escape from the trap permanently.

All the brainwashing has confused us into believing we need to be miserable when we smoke and we attempt to quit smoking. It's a never ending vicious cycle of drug addiction.

With this video series, we remove all the brainwashing, the uncertainty, the doubts and confusion before we have our last cigarette and pass the program with flying colours.

When we have our last cigarette we do so with an incredible feeling of freedom and elation. There's no sacrifice, no misery and we are equipped with the knowledge and certainty that we have instantly become non-smokers.

We have achieved what all smokers would love to do. To be free from the nicotine prison.

Instead of extinguishing our cigarette hoping for that moment of revelation, we've already had several moments of revelation and instead of waiting or hoping, we confidently know we become happy non-smokers in an instant.

And we are almost there, over the next 11 episodes we will examine why casual smokers are just as enslaved as heavy smokers, the myths of using cigarettes as a vice to reduce weight, why addictive personalities are bullshit and the incredible pleasures of being a non-smoker.

In episode 4, I listed common illusions that smokers and non-smokers perceive to be true. It is crucial to remove all these illusions to win the war, however to fully understand why we smoke, it is necessary to clarify another sinister aspect of the nicotine trap. In the next episode, I explain why cutting down is bullshit and never ever works.

Numerous friends and family members of mine who previously used the willpower method, have terrible mood swings and done stupid things while on their journey to go back from ex-smokers to smokers. My mother for example will become irrationally angry after giving up cigarettes for 24 hours and resorts to using her bad mood as an excuse to light up. A former co-worker would clench his fists and grit his teeth while trying to avoid going out for a smoke break often breaking out in angry bursts at former co-workers concerned with his sudden change in mood.

What they wanted was for people to encourage them into going back to their 'regular happy selves' by offering them cigarettes but it proved to be a self destructive behaviour time and time again. Perhaps you have also resorted to such tactics in the past. I have. It's very common and this is what also creates the illusion that smokers suffer some form of 'terrible physical withdrawals'.

What my mother, my co-workers and I had in common was that we didn't know how to win the battle against nicotine. We had no knowledge of the nicotine trap or how tiny the actual physical withdrawals were.

In order to win the battle we need to understand our nicotine addictions to grow our desire to quit. It wasn't until I fully understood my nicotine addiction and the illusions that really kept me from succeeding that I was finally able to quit. Almost three years on, I hope my knowledge and experience will also help you quit.

If you have a positive task or mission such as say passing your drivers license, once you've attained your license the doubt is over, so why is smoking different?

It's different because we are brainwashed to believe our only barometer of success is to see if we can go our whole future lives without cigarettes. There is no possible way to know if we will become effective non-smokers permanently until our deathbeds with the willpower method. You are waiting to see if you fail and through willpower hope you never do so. Instead you must change the goal and reinvent the barometer of success.

I experienced many revelations in different stages. I had many revelations when going through the quitting journey for the last time by arming myself with the knowledge of all my illusions about smoking and quitting were shattered and it hit me like a rock. The next major revelation was when I had my final cigarette for good. I wasn't 100% confident that this would indeed be my final cigarette but I felt so empowered and deep down, I knew this was my last cigarette despite the minor feelings and worries of not being able to quit. In order to win the battle, you need to understand that willpower is bogus and that your knowledge of the nicotine trap and how to extinguish the nicotine and brianwashing demons are all the tools you'll ever need. You're beginning to win the battle, in our next video, we'll explore how you win the war." #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

We are inundated constantly with stories of how smokers used ""Willpower"" to quit smoking but is it successful? Fuck no

Willpower is a terrible method used by those who don't understand their nicotine addiction and fool themselves into thinking they can cheat the system by blocking their mind to any knowledge of how easy it is to quit by avoiding reading about the nicotine trap.

So called 'experts' advise us to jump from one gimmicky product to another and combine these patches and pills with willpower to assist us in quitting but it has such a low success rate, you'd find it easier to quit by locking yourself in a padded room for 100 days closed off from the outside world. What do you think would happen after these 100 days? Well for one you would instantly binge on cigarettes. Willpower simply does not work for the vast majority of smokers.

You may think right now "hold on but my friend quit using patches or through hypnosis". I can assure you they quit in spite of these costly methods, not due to their so called 'positive effects'.

Any willpower method is guaranteed to fail and any product makes it harder to quit. Quitting is easy and instant once you are knowledgeable about the illusions of so called withdrawal symptoms and how lucrative of a commercial market gimmicky products and so called ""quit smoking aides"" are.

It's no surprise that instead of starting off our attempts to quit with a feeling of ""I'm free! I'm free I now understand why I used to smoke and how to avoid the roadblocks to successfully quitting!"" we start off our quitting journey with a feeling of apocalyptic doom, like as if we were making some horrible sacrifice instead of celebrating freeing ourselves from nicotine slavery and lessening our chances dramatically of contracting horrifying diseases.

Even if we assume willpower is a method to help us, at best you go a few days to a few weeks without smoking but as time goes on, all the powerful feelings that made you want to quit start to disappear and the nicotine demon takes a strangehold again. And while we have quit we feel no physical pain, we don't understand why the nicotine monster is screaming to be fed, we only translate it's slow death as ""I WANT A F***ING CIGARETTE AND I WANT IT NOW"".

Despite our vast intelligence, our brainwashed minds do not logically comprehend that the nicotine dependency is dying off, instead we are warped into thinking that we have to continue to feed our bodies with nicotine poison in order to get rid of the nicotine monster. It's illogical and another reason why willpower is far from sufficient. If you choose willpower, you choose the losing side of the battle every time.

How do you win the battle? We'll explore this in the next video. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

Congratulations on getting halfway through this series! You are now more likely to quit successfully than any previous attempts.

The most common, stupid advice I've ever received was that ""You won't really quit unless you want too"" well no shit sherlock, of course we all want to quit smoking but without the proper knowledge of the nicotine trap and how easy it is once we know how to cleverly escape, not even willpower alone will help us permanently quit smoking. If Willpower really did work, every smoker would be able to effectively quit. Even lifetime smokers who have succumbed to rotting teeth and losing limbs due to gangrene and lung cancer that still smoke will attest that willpower is 100% bullshit.

Another common stupid bullshit fallacy is that "Smoking is a disgusting habit that must be stopped immediately and that habits are tough to break". Smoking is incorrectly regarded as a habit instead of an addiction. Even if it were regarded as a habit, are habits difficult to break? After all inconvenience doesn't necessarily equal difficulty. If you had a morning habit of buying an expensive coffee from a shop and instead decided to save money buy making your own instant coffee from home or at work, would it be difficult habit to break or a minor inconvenience?

Whether subconsciously or not, we break habits every day whether we choose new social circles, new careers, new life partners, sexual partners etc. We consider smoking a habit so we fool ourselves into thinking we cannot break it while disregarding all the other habits we break constantly. Through assuming smoking is a habit, we ignore the attacks on our health, our wallet and our livelihood and confidence.

This is because smoking is far from a habit, it's a drug addiction!

Addiction warps our minds and closes us off to any exit strategy or solution because our minds are brainwashed. We fear that because of our addiction, this label will make it harder to quit. But that is not the case at all.

Once we fully understand the nicotine trap, quitting is easier than ever and by the end of this series you'll be straining to have that last cigarette so you can move on and enjoy the benefits of being smoke free and free from the nicotine trap.

Even after the previous 15 videos, you must be wondering why do smokers still find it difficult to quit? the answer lies in the grand scam of willpower and we'll explore this in our next video. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

I've got some bad news for you, we are responsible for our own choice to start smoking, sure there are issues such as peer pressure, fitting in and learning smoking from our family, lovers and coworkers as a means for belonging and procrastination but what is at the heart of our refusal to quit? Let's talk about human nature and our natural response to rebel. No doubt with any attempt you may have made with quitting, there is always someone on our backs harking on and on about how we simply must quit smoking! Are they helping? fuck no, they are nothing but arrogant, annoying fools who don't understand the complex nature of quitting smoking. Do you think it's our natural instinct to agree with these people and use this as mileage to continue to quit smoking? Hell no, without a doubt they'll only fuel you to buy double the packs of cigarettes you would usually buy and smoke it all in their face with a smug grin. I've done it, friends have done it and even after I've quit and mentioned video series to friends and others who ask how I've quit, they retort on how it took me forever to quit with their stupid smug expressions. It's human nature. Now assume you dont have these negative nelly's on your back constantly when you light up. Would this help you with your chances at quitting smoking? No, human nature is fickle like that. I mentioned earlier how we look for any slim excuse to go back to smoking. This is another part of human nature that when combined with our rebellious streaks, we become determined to say fuck you to anybody that tells us to quit smoking no matter how good or kind hearted their intentions may be. #onelastcigarette #quitsmoking #selfhelp #smoke #cigarette #nicabate #nicorette #allencarr #justinmatters #vaping #hypnosis #quit #tobacco

On your possible previous attempts to quit smoking you would have no doubt hit many roadblocks. These roadblocks although they may feel to appear impossible, are nothing but more illusions created by the nicotine trap to destroy our chances of being free from tobacco. It's putting invisible iron bars around us and we become so panicked that we don't see these invisible iron bars for what they really are... another trick of the nicotine addicted mind.So how do we reset our nicotine addicted minds and get over these roadblocks?

It's surprisingly easy... If you have the right information.

All smokers are in search for the cure, the medicine, the antidote to completely solve all their smoking issues. What we don't realise is that we have the answer right in front of us. The antidote is dispelling all illusions of the nicotine trap and arming ourselves with knowledge of the traps, the brainwashing demons and outsmarting the tobacco and anti-tobacco gimmicky industries. If we awoke tomorrow to find ourselves over 30kg heavier, covered in severe acne and with bloodshot eyes, we would immediately rush to the doctor in search of answers to figure out what the fuck happened to us. The doctor would say "relax, this is bloody weird but all you have to do on a daily basis is eat fruits and vegetables, wash your face and avoid fatty foods". We would take our doctors advice and painstakingly do as he says to revert back to our previous figure. With smoking, imagine you sat in a hot tub while the temperature rose slowly by one degree every 60 seconds, by the time we realise we are being boiled alive it's too late, yet if we knew the danger of how hot the water is, we would jump out in pain. Apply this to how you have slowly succumbed to the nicotine trap over the time of your smoking life. This is what ADDICTION is! It's a cancer! An insidious, disgusting, cruel plague that infiltrates society. Addiction and smoking work backwards to make the sufferer feel their lowest without their vice and only when we have had our vice, we are found to be 'happy' and 'relaxed' yet these are again illusions and tricks to fool our brain and give us artificial confidence into thinking cigarettes are the cure and the antidote to our 'misery'. We don't understand why we feel this way or why we put ourselves through addiction even while we are knowledgable and self aware of all the pitfalls and horror stories that surround us. Take crystal meth for an example, the epidemic of users addicted to crystal methamphetamines have risen gradually over the past 10 years in Australia. We read about the horror stories of those who have recovered from hell on earth and pity those who are still suffering. But what exactly is different with smoking tobacco to amphetamines? You could tell me all about how crystal meth makes a persons mental and physical health worsen rapidly but smoking does this gradually and in a more insidious baiting fashion. Some non smokers lump smokers in with those that are addicted to Ice, heroin, cocaine and other hard drugs and they're 100% correct to do so. This is not a scaremongering tactic or an aversion tool to make you feel bad. Non smokers and non drug addicts have no idea how difficult it is to break free from addiction. Even established medical professionals and 'quit smoking' experts rely on a number of ineffective tools that keep smokers away from cigarettes for a maximum of a few days to few weeks because they don't address the nicotine trap and how to escape it. Now you have the knowledge of how to beat the nicotine trap. Let's further explore the antidote in our next video by resetting our minds to quitting permanently.

A major part of why it's difficult to quit smoking is because we are not equipped with the knowledge to see through illusions that are presented and instilled to us as confidence boosters. When we attempt to quit smoking we don't realise how minor and imperceptible the physical withdrawals are just like I mentioned in Video 9. We have no physical pain, it's merely an 'empty' feeling and because of this feeling's similarity's to regular hunger and regular stress, we fool ourselves into believing the withdrawal symptoms are going to be 'permanent' and perceive them to be much much worse than they really are. Fact: Smokers only light up during periods of stress.Disagree? Let's discuss You may argue you're purely a 'social' smoker and therefore only smoke during nights out at a pub, bar or club. You may argue you only smoke after lunch or dinner or when you've been drinking alcohol. All these occasions are enjoyable to non-smokers without the need for nicotine so why do smokers use these as excuses for their actions? Any social gathering will immediately induce stress due to social anxiety (Everybody has a little of it, even if you are the biggest social butterfly) but alcohol lowers our inhibitions, and anything to do with our occupations, jobs and work life immediately put us under stress. The brainwashing demon and illusions of these false confidence boosters have led us to believe that without supplying our nicotine addictions with cigarettes immediately, that we cannot enjoy any social gathering or be productive at work yet we do the exact opposite. We isolate ourselves to only those who also smoke which happen to dwindle each year as more and more people free themselves from the nicotine trap. We reduce our chances of finding a partner and at work we procrastinate constantly to the point we risk our jobs being given to non-smokers. Have you ever sat down and genuinely thought "Wow this cigarette tastes really amazing", I bet you may have after abstaining from cigarettes for a period of time but nonetheless, this is just another illusion of the nicotine trap, I want you to think back to your first cigarette and remember how you felt. We did this previously, take another cigarette and light it up right now, concentrate on every puff you take, is it rewarding? Does it taste great? Am I getting a genuine pleasure from this cigarette? Identify all the illusions with cigarettes we've previously discussed. Pause this video to give yourself enough time. The false belief that we must get some type of pleasure from the cigarette is also due in part to how difficult it is to see the illusion. Over time we have slowly become more and more addicted to cigarettes that we don't realise what has gradually happened to our submission into the nicotine trap until we desire to quit. In the next video, we're going to discuss the antidote to nicotine.
