Demystify your cycle with menstrual cycle basics
Welcome to the menstrual magic masterclass! If you do not have a cycle for example you have reached menopause or you were not born with female hormones you won’t find as much value to this workshop. However, you can still find greater connection within yourself, your feminine energy (not necessarily feminine hormones), and the moon cycle by joining in over the next three days.

I used to hate exercise and I needed a goal to inspire me to move my body so that I can keep up with my big life as I age. Not only is exercise great for the endorphins but it also helps to build strong bones, regulate blood sugar, and more.
