
Welcome back to the podcast lovely! This week I share my exercise journey from having no ambitions and spending far too much time solitary to running a half marathon. I used to hate exercise and I needed a goal to inspire me to move my body so that I can keep up with my big life as I age. Not only is exercise great for the endorphins but it also helps to build strong bones, regulate blood sugar, and more.
