Victims love immediate pleasure, victors love self-improvement

My episodes usually begin with my most current life updates, followed by inspirational quotations and then official material.

I usually put a lot of work into this epidose description previously, then I checked out the description of those most popular podcasters', how they do it, turns out its really simple, generally just one phrase, so I am going to do the same, hehe .

So, in this episode, I discussed the value of education and how we should avoid being distracted by electronic devices in our daily lives. Enjoy!

How to love yourself , what can we do to lift our spirits when we feel down With Laurel Raether

Today, I invited one of my best friends, Laurel, to join me on my podcast to discuss love from the perspective of a believer; she is one of the nicest and kindest souls I've ever known! I was first concerned that discussing religion would elicit a controversial reaction, but after reconsidering, I think it is precisely what I should do, because I believe that everyone on this earth deserves to be respected and treated equally, regardless of skin color, caste, or creed. A really compassionate and open world does not have just one voice; it allows all diverse voices to coexist peacefully and respectfully. That is my opinion; if you disagree, we can just agree to disagree.

The faith in yourself: how to reclaim your power

So in this episode, I talked about how did we lose faith and confidence when we were growing up, how did we change from a dreamer to just getting by to make ends meet, this podcast is probably more for me than for you, I need to hear those words these days. Because I am treading into new territory, I always wanted to do something big, but I don't know what that is, and I don't have enough confidence in myself to believe that I can make it, I am grabbed by fear, so I know I need a pep talk, I need to do self-reflection and I need to conquer this fear and start believing myself. Everything I said in this podcast comes from the bottom of my heart, if you are also at the intersection of your life journey, and feel confused, or scared, I hope this podcast can help you a little. On your way to your goal, if you believe in yourself, if you don't give up, then you will win the battle. I believe that! So should you!

The power of the subconscious mind: what is it and how can we reprogramm it?

Today I thinki would like to continue to talk about the power of subconscious mind, because I geniunly think this is a maginificent power and source that everyone of us has access to. If we can tap into the source of our subconscious mind, the part of us that will never die, never gets old ,then we can connect with higher self, or someone call higher intelligence or infinite intelligence, or god. That holds the answer to every problem that we have. And also weve heard the stories that so many great inventor, scienstist who figure out the questions that bothered them so long in their dream. Those are all the proof that the power of our subconscious mind is beyond imagination.

Teil's coffee talk: short self-introduction and current life update

So, I've already posted two episodes but never actually introduced myself, so my Chinese name is Zhong Shiyin and I'm from China. You can call me by Teil.

I moved to Germany 5 years ago to get my master's here, but after I finished my master's, I studied economics, and I feel like I don't like it at all, I took several internships during my study, but I never liked any of them, I found them tedious, boring, and sad, I have absolutely no interest in working 9-5 jobs, I realize I got so scared because I was worried about having to work at something I don't like my entire life just to make ends meet. I'm also scared as fuck about never making it by chasing after my dream, what if I don't have what it takes to be successful, what if I'm just a silly girl who had blind faith in herself. I became terrified and disoriented.Because I have no prior experience with life, and there is no one who has lived my life who can lead me through it, and there is no life map that is particularly intended for my life, all I need to do is follow the map to arrive to my destination. We are all infants in this world, in this life; everything is fresh and unfamiliar to us; we must investigate everything on our own; that is also the beauty of this existence.We are all one-of-a-kind, unduplicated beings. And there will be no failures in this life, I suppose, only quitters, but no losers, not a single one of them is a loser, they are all quitters. Because they never persevere to the conclusion, they give up halfway through, making you a quitter rather than a loser. You can't lose as long as you stay in the game.

The power of your subconscious mind: how to build or break a habit

We are creature of our habits. If you have a habit of reading everyday, then that makes you a reader, if you work out everyday, then you are probably a fit and positive person, if you binge eating, binge watching everyday, you probabaly havent achieve what you desire yet. habit is the function of our subconsious mind, we learned how to dance, write, dress up, ride a bick by consicously doing these things over and over again, util we established certain tracks in brain Then the  subconscious mind took over, and these becomes automatic action without us putting extra attention while doing them. This is referred to as second nature, and it is a reaction of your subconscious mind to your thoughts and actions. You have the freedom to pick a good habit or a bad habit; yet, if you repeatedly repeat a negative thought or deed over a period of time, you will be subject to the compulsion of a habit;

Forgiveness: Its all about taking care of yourself, not the person you need to forgive

Forgiveness of others is essential to mental peace and radiant health. The resentmen for others is like poisonous tumor that harm your health, For if you want to heal, you have to cut out and discard it, and the one and only sure way is by forgiveness. I used to always find forgivness is so hard, to let go that hatred, because I felt like this person hurt me, and I cannot let him off the hook so easily , so I cant let it go , and I refuse to forgive him because I believe that as long as I hold a grudge against him, he is somehow punished, but the truth is that he probably didn't even think about it anymore. Holding the resentment is punishment to yourself because you damage your mental health, drag down your vibe, send out more low vibes, and attract more unhappiness. Its like that old saying says,Holding a grudge is like to drinking poison and hoping for the death of others.
