Hi, I'm Teil, from China, living in Germany. Author of "at the bottom of the river " (in English ) and "love heals"(In Chinese, 爱可以治愈一切). My passion is to help people stay motivated, stay inspired, and keep growing to become a better version of themselves. I enjoy reading books about the subconscious mind, the law of attraction, NLP, how to change bad habits and adopt healthy ones, etc. I've been reading every day for the past three years, and last year I finished reading 60 books on these topics. I co-founded a Chinese learning app that was funded by the German government.

The faith in yourself: how to reclaim your power

So in this episode, I talked about how did we lose faith and confidence when we were growing up, how did we change from a dreamer to just getting by to make ends meet, this podcast is probably more for me than for you, I need to hear those words these days. Because I am treading into new territory, I always wanted to do something big, but I don't know what that is, and I don't have enough confidence in myself to believe that I can make it, I am grabbed by fear, so I know I need a pep talk, I need to do self-reflection and I need to conquer this fear and start believing myself. Everything I said in this podcast comes from the bottom of my heart, if you are also at the intersection of your life journey, and feel confused, or scared, I hope this podcast can help you a little. On your way to your goal, if you believe in yourself, if you don't give up, then you will win the battle. I believe that! So should you!
