Hi, I'm Teil, from China, living in Germany. Author of "at the bottom of the river " (in English ) and "love heals"(In Chinese, 爱可以治愈一切). My passion is to help people stay motivated, stay inspired, and keep growing to become a better version of themselves. I enjoy reading books about the subconscious mind, the law of attraction, NLP, how to change bad habits and adopt healthy ones, etc. I've been reading every day for the past three years, and last year I finished reading 60 books on these topics. I co-founded a Chinese learning app that was funded by the German government.

Victims love immediate pleasure, victors love self-improvement

My episodes usually begin with my most current life updates, followed by inspirational quotations and then official material.

I usually put a lot of work into this epidose description previously, then I checked out the description of those most popular podcasters', how they do it, turns out its really simple, generally just one phrase, so I am going to do the same, hehe .

So, in this episode, I discussed the value of education and how we should avoid being distracted by electronic devices in our daily lives. Enjoy!
