Hi, I'm Teil, from China, living in Germany. Author of "at the bottom of the river " (in English ) and "love heals"(In Chinese, 爱可以治愈一切). My passion is to help people stay motivated, stay inspired, and keep growing to become a better version of themselves. I enjoy reading books about the subconscious mind, the law of attraction, NLP, how to change bad habits and adopt healthy ones, etc. I've been reading every day for the past three years, and last year I finished reading 60 books on these topics. I co-founded a Chinese learning app that was funded by the German government.

How to love yourself , what can we do to lift our spirits when we feel down With Laurel Raether

Today, I invited one of my best friends, Laurel, to join me on my podcast to discuss love from the perspective of a believer; she is one of the nicest and kindest souls I've ever known! I was first concerned that discussing religion would elicit a controversial reaction, but after reconsidering, I think it is precisely what I should do, because I believe that everyone on this earth deserves to be respected and treated equally, regardless of skin color, caste, or creed. A really compassionate and open world does not have just one voice; it allows all diverse voices to coexist peacefully and respectfully. That is my opinion; if you disagree, we can just agree to disagree.
