There's no better way to wrap up season 2 and end our debut year than being joined by a young man who has the fitness world at his feet.
Jake is an extremely unique individual, not just for his athleticism but also due to the level of humility and maturity he possesses, traits that are often lost with a fast rise in popularity and status.
In this episode we discuss all of Jake's achievements, from running his first marathon at 17yrs old to running a 2.28 marathon in Berlin earlier this year as well as his recent races that have enabled him to break into the Hyrox Elite 15.

Nedd needs little introduction, he is quite literally in a league of his own, a definitive '1 of 1'.
I came across Nedd a couple of years ago during his run across Australia where he ran 4000km in 47 days, an average of 87km a day. It was a challenge that captured the imagine of myself and 1000s around a world.
More recently Nedd took on his biggest challenge to date, running 1000 miles around a running track. It was during this challenge that those of us watching were able to witness just how far the human body can go when its master refuses to quit.
He's been running for 4 years and raised over $9 million for homelessness charities, a cause very close to his heart. His rise to notoriety has nothing to do with fame or clout and everything to do with an obsession with pushing himself to the brink and a dedication to making a difference.
The dog in Nedd is like nothing l've witnessed before and I'm confident this episode will leave a lasting mark on everyone as it did on me.
