As we enter the final three months of the year, this is your chance to reset, refocus, and rise to the occasion. In this episode, we'll discuss how to reverse unhelpful habits, establish better ones, and prioritize the goals—big or small—that matter most right now. Think of it as giving yourself a powerful head start to the success you'll experience in 2026. I hope to encourage you to step into the new year already aligned, confident, and set up for success.
Sometimes good things come to an end when we least expect it and before we’re ready for those chapters to close. But when you reflect on what was, ask yourself, “am I grieving the loss of this thing/person, or am I grieving the idea of what I thought it would be?” Because the truth is, the happy ending you desire can still be yours…just not with that person or thing. Sometimes we attach ourselves to potential or the “good,” without considering the BIGGER PICTURE. Many of us stay in things longer than we should because we allow love to make a fool of us, but to be honest, on many occasions, love just isn’t enough. Today we’ll discuss why and when love isn’t enough, as well as, when to say goodbye, how to manage rejection, and moving on without the feeling of bitterness.
This one is for my indecisive girlies or the ones who are ready to realign, evolve, and grow!
In this episode, we'll dismantle the idea that changing your mind is a sign of weakness or an indication of failure. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PIVOT! Whether you're shifting carers, goals, beliefs, or relationships, this is your reminder that evolving means a change in the way you see things or the way you move throughout this world. Be courageous enough to walk away from things that no longer align with what you want from YOUR life without concerning yourself with the judgement or "disappointment" of others. This episode will empower you to choose yourself, again and again!

This one is for my empaths, people pleasers, and those who are loyal to a fault! In this episode, I'll be discussing the importance of withdrawing your energy from any and all relationships that are completely one-sided and/or toxic. In certain relationships, some of us may have the tendency to over-commit, over-extend, or preoccupy our time with people who are completely self-serving, lack self-awareness, and/or refuse to come to grips with their sad reality. I am encouraging you to take the energy you've been wasting on others, and pour it back into yourself. You can only do so much, and sometimes you're doing TOO MUCH for people that do NOTHING for you or themselves. I'm encouraging you to invest in mutually beneficial relationships, and understand that NOT ALL "GOOD PEOPLE" ARE YOUR PEOPLE. Love yourself enough to walk away, and respect yourself enough to not pour into those that only TAKE from you.
Have you ever had somebody try to help you, but they were actually making things harder for you? That's what our minds are doing to us when we overthink. Our minds are designed to protect us, so naturally we think of the worst case scenario, BUT we can and we SHOULD condition our minds to think of the BEST case scenario in situations where we know we've properly prepared or the situation is completely out of our control! This episode discusses the correlation of overthinking and failure, effects of overthinking, the way overthinking can affect our relationships, and tips to break the cycle of overthinking. I hope you find this episode meaningful, and I would love for you to add to the conversation!
