In this episode, we explore themes of personal growth, healing, and the journey of becoming one's most expressed self. The conversation emphasizes breaking free from the healing cycle, embracing change, and the significance of discernment in energy work. We touch on the importance of celebrating small wins and trusting the unfolding of life, while recognizing the need for rest and integration during periods of expansion.

For International Women's Day, we're going through the back door and into the shadows of relating with women. This episode is a deep dive into the Sisterhood Wound. This is a complex wound with insidious origins, but it's a wound that keeps women locked in cycles of comparison, competition and self-defeat. In this episode, we get into how sisterhood wounding is connected to our primal nervous system back in the caveman days, reinforced by the witch hunts, the mother wound, as well as under patriarchy and through media and culture. It's a rich episode!
This is an episode for the heartbroken-open humans who have or are navigating a breakup, grief, transition out of an old life or old version of themselves and are at the threshold of stepping into what's next. In this episode I share 13 lessons I have learned in love and loss that I feel are a part of the collective experience.
If you resonate with this episode I highly recommend you get yourself a copy of my poetry book: In Rooms of Truth
This one's for the people-pleasers! This is a deep dive into all things people-pleasing, recognizing it as an adaptive survival strategy and an intelligently crafted and sneaky way that we seek connection and pseudo-belonging. We talk about what it is and what all of that means, its origins and connections to the nervous system, some of the different manifestations of it, as well as how it can impact your life. There are reflection questions and some exercises at the end to get curious about how this pattern shows up in your life, and what to do about it. At the end I also leave you with a poem from my poetry book that was inspired by my own inner reclamation of life beyond this pattern. I hope you enjoy!

This episode is for those wanting to lean into love. It is a dive into the intersection of polyvagal theory and how our nervous systems are intricately woven into our attachment, and a deep nervous system understanding of our capacity for leaning into love. It described what Polyvagal Theory is, and breaks down the different attachment styles as well as includes tips, tools a resources for navigating anxious and avoidant attachment dynamics, including how to support your body to come out of the freeze response. It is a refreshing episode that I hope will leave you empowered to get in the drivers seat of your relational life, and to trust that no matter where you find yourself in your attachment journey that you have the tools (or can learn the tools) to have deep love and connection. It is a vulnerable episode where I share some of my humanness and shortcomings, in hopes that it might offer a little bit of a permission slip, as well as an invitation into radical self-ownership for you to also acknowledge where you can and want to do better. Sending love to your human every step of the way!
