In my latest podcast, I have broken down the difference between these wills with real-life examples you can relateto, whether in your career, marriage, and daily choices.

I have gone through a phase in my life where my constant thought was ‘I am not good enough.’ Maybe based on the fact that I was body shamed in my teenage years, so it really affected my self-worth, morale and self-esteem.
It became a mindset for me, which was starting to affect my career, academics, relationship and ministry. But you know what? I had to challenge the thought; I had to break free from such negative mindset.
There were some things I engaged myself in, which I have shared in this podcast. If you have ever been here, oryou are here or you know someone going through this as well and you want to also break free from such negative thought about yourself, do well to visit the podcast through the link below.

What if your biggest ‘attachment’ is the reason they’re pulling away? In this episode, I break down how getting too emotionally attached too fast can backfire, making you feel empty, anxious, or even invisible when they don’t give the same energy back.
It's deep, it’s real, and it’s something no one really talks about. If you've ever felt like you're giving too much or losing yourself in someone else, this podcast is your wake-up call. So, hit that link now, because you need to hear this.
I once watched a movie where a teenager who just got into the junior secondary school on her first day started experiencing discomfort in her body that she thought she had peed on herself.
After the break session, she didn’t go back to class with her classmates instead, she dashed to the toilet to clean up herself, at the end of the day, it was discovered that it was her first period (menstruation) and she didn’t even know what that was, thank God for her other female classmates who had passed through that stage, they were the ones that helped her.
In my head, I was like, is there no female figure to explain this thing to her? How about the teachers in her primary school? At least, when a child gets to basic 6, they should begin to chip in the orientation of Puberty to them.
So, this is what led me to talk about some of the physical and emotional changes a teenager will experience as they grow into an adult in this week’s podcast.
