We all experience low vibrational emotions like sadness, anger, jealousy, anxiety, etc. every now and then. And while that's a part of human experience, it's also crucial to know that we are ALWAYS equipped to deal with them.
In this episode, I am sharing four techniques that I use to deal with these difficult (and sometimes extremely stubborn) emotions and draw a distance from them.
