Growing up my mom always taught me to "do everything with happy heart" and while in the moment as a kid who didn't want to do her chores I didn't get it, as a mother and wife today I do.
I want to get this framed in my kitchen, because this is one of the best ways to run your household, your day and your business - with a happy heart. That’s exactly what I want to talk to you about in this episode.
You have to CHOOSE to have joy. God gives it freely, and life is full of blessings if you slow down enough to appreciate them and choose joy.
But somewhere along the way, we have gotten so caught up with busyness, Instagram, the algorithm, comparison, income goals, that we forgot the MISSION and CALLING behind what we do in every role of our lives.
As moms and business owners as a collective I am seeing so many of us get sucked into this mode and culture of complaining all of the time.
What if we flipped the script? What if we chose to go against culture and instead of focusing on how hard everything is or frustrating it is that we have to make the 583846 snack of the day or make another post for business - we do it all with a happy heart.
