We're returning from a hiatus with an episode that is REAL and RAW. Madison sits down with her best friend Rachel as they unpack her life story; one she's never formally told. [WARNING] This episode contains topics centered around sexual assault, emotional/physical trauma, drug/alcohol use, language, and life-altering medical procedures--please be advised.
Rachel is truly one the strongest women on this planet, and we could not be more honored to have her on this episode. Thank you for listening to her story and helping bring awareness to the Osotmy community.
To Rachel...Thank you for letting us share your story. You are the brightest light, and it will impact so many. We love you.
After taking a couple weeks off of the podcast to focus on launching GROUNDED, Madison is back on the mic this week with her life-long bestie--Maggie B! Their history stems back to fifth grade, and on top-of that...Maggie is a genius when it comes to relationships! She graduated from LSU with a Bachelors in psychology, and is now working on her Masters of Arts in marriage and family counseling, and ultimately an inspiring sex-therapist! In this episode she covers everything from how to give yourself grace in friendships, the transition from college to adulthood, healthy communication, how to set boundaries with your pals, and how not to feel like a bad friend!
Pop your champagne with us and flip that phone sideways...its a video episode! Tune in to the first 15 seconds to see some pics from 5th grade to now ;)

MAY 1ST IS HERE!!! It's the official launch day for Madison's infrared weight training business-GROUNDED!! Even though she's been training out of it for 6 months, the website is getting dropped today, along with ways to get connected online, and how to sign up for personal training & group classes! In this episode, she sits down and chats with her sister-in-law Morgan Lantzsch, debriefing all that is coming out today, and all that's to come for Grounded in the future! Now that Morgan has had baby #2, she's starting her personal training journey, and will be taking clients and teaching classes in the gym now as well! She has been a crucial part of helping Madison get this dream off the ground, and is the best SIL, mom, friend, and partner in this business journey! The girls are TELLING ALL!
Madison turned 25 last week and this episode, Josh is skipping the small talk, and getting straight into interviewing her on the 25 of the greatest things she's learned in her first quarter of life! Enjoy :)
This isn't your typical, PUMP you up, make you want to run to the gym, RA-RA, type episode. This one, really gets to the core of the motivation around why you DO or DON'T exercise. Is it negative self-talk? Is it related to childhood trauma? Are you embarrassed to workout? Do you wish you could figure out WHY everyone actually WANTS to go to the gym?? Are you always unhappy no matter how hard you work? Well, this is the chat for you.
We hope you leave this episode feeling a little less unstuck, but its a journey for all of us honey, no one ever truly arrives. Let's talk FITNESS! :)

NOT ANOTHER PYRAMID SCHEME! In a world saturated with everyone selling you something, this episode Josh and Madison help you navigate the landscape of business- The do’s and don’t of network marketing. Whether you’re on board or not, it is the business of the 21st century and you should at least know the basics. We live in a constant state of change in this era, often called the Information Age. Our days are flooded with Tik Tok, Instagram posts, and ads, yet being a ‘social seller’ still has a negative vibe for some of us. Let’s get down and dirty, and really get to the bottom of this MLM chat!
20 questions is out, but 69 questions is IN!! The couple bounces the ball back and forth in this fun, light-hearted episode to take a break this week from motivation and branch away from the main pillars that make up the show. In rapid-fire style, they cover everything under the sun; from stealing their parents cars, having kids, jealous types, saving someone's life, white lies, I.S.S., and so much more...!
When we think about healthy living, our minds immediately jump to fitness and nutrition; BUT there are so many other factors that play into you overall wellbeing that are often too easily forgotten.
How many hours of sleep are you getting? What are your relationships like? Do you have a community to plug into? How much content are you consuming? What’s your screen time? Have you worked through your trauma? What medications are you on? And many more….In this episode Madison and Josh highlight all of these questions that aren’t often thought of, and dig deep into the importance of taking a wholistic approach instead of focusing solely on facets of health that help you look hot in a swimsuit.
The episode you’ve been waiting for!! Madison and Josh take their listeners through the step-by-step process of filming their episode of Fixer to Fabulous, and what actually goes on behind the camera for home renovation shows. Approaching the 3-year mark of still living in their fixer upper, they reminisce on their beautifully designed downtown-crib and the custom pieces Dave and Jenny Marrs gifted the soon-to-be newly weds! You don’t want to miss this one!

We’ve all heard that, “communication is key” in any relationship, but in this 30-minute episode Madison and Josh start peeling back the layers.
How do you learn what your partners communication style is? What does a genuine apology look like? Are you apologizing too much? How should you treat your partner around groups of friends? How much relationship-info should you share with your friends and family? And how do you make sex less awkward?
All of these questions + more will be covered as we drive home the importance of having good communication with your partner, and how to gradually improve if you’re lacking those skills!
The couple is back! After two weeks of guest episodes, Joshua and Madison catch up on what they’ve been up to, and all the physical and mental shifts they are making in their health and business. Returning from a ski vacation in the mountains, they were re-awoken to the dreams they had for their life in the first year of marriage and come to the realization that they aren’t ready to give up on them just yet, even though their focus had become blurred. Later in the episode they discuss Josh’s food allergies and the vu-doo-magic acupuncture he’s undergoing to heal his reactions. They also dig a little bit deeper into their transition into a totally raw vegan lifestyle, and how they are healing their bodies with whole foods, fruits, and vegetables. Lots of incredible conversations are packed into this 30 minute episode! Enjoy :)
Madison sits down with her college best friend/teammate, Jessi, and the girls have a lot to say. After enduring an extremely tumultuous basketball season together, they touch on mental health for athletes, share stories of navigating a sport with an abusive coach, and reminisce through hilarious college memories. A key point the girls talk about is how not to put your identity in athletics, and how to find things you love doing apart from the sport you spend hours dedicating to. Jess is one of those friends that no matter how much time passes, you can pick right back up where you left off.
In honor of having the first guest on the show, Madison sits down with her sister-in-law, Morgan Lantzsch, to have some deep girl talk. As a wife, mother, and friend the girls discuss the ups and downs of their own friendship, and how to navigate life in your twenties. They also talk through how you know when you’re ready to have a baby, dealing with the unsolicited advice everyone throws at you during pregnancy & motherhood, and the societal pressure of having to “bounce back” after birth.
Even if you’re not a mother yet or never want to be one, this episode is for you!
For the final episode of this 3-part series, the couple reaches a pinnacle on their discussion around marijuana addiction. A month into their sobriety journey, they reveal the truth behind how they have finally been able to call it quits, unlike the many tried-and-failed attempts to make it to this point in the past. It’s nearly impossible to make a radical life change without transforming your spirit, or getting rid of the shame and lies we allow into our minds and self-esteem. This is the deepest the couple has gone on this podcast, and if there’s one episode they encourage you to listen to…it’s this one.
In PART 1 of a three-part series, Josh and Madison finally break their silence and give backstories on how they got to where they are today, after 2+ years of battling an addiction with smoking weed. Embarking on their new journey of sobriety, they decided its time to up the accountability-ante and bring their listeners into the fight against substances with them. No one should go through any addiction alone, and by launching their biggest secret yet, the couple is here to make sure they don’t turn back, and keep making strides towards for the life they truly want to pursue.
