This can be a challenging time for many women, as they are essentially becoming a new person. We talked about the importance of self-care and how to balance motherhood with other aspects of life.  


I share a personal story about getting my tubes removed. It was a difficult decision, but I think it was the right one for me.  


We also talked about the importance of letting go of control and how to deal with burnout.
