In this episode I share about my own healing journey of staying stuck, spiritual bypassing, being hard on myself, making mistakes, spiraling in old triggers, and realizing nothing outside of me was coming to save me or make me feel safe, whole, and worthy - that it was my job to offer myself the safety and love I need, that my inner child parts have needed.

For years I tried to believe I was good enough. I did the affirmations, the journaling, the mindset work, the spiritual rituals.. but it wasn't really working... no matter what I did I was still getting triggered a lot and my emotions and circumstances defined me because I didn't truly feel or believe I was worthy.
That's because unworthiness wounds stem from your inner child and live in the body as unresolved emotional pain or trauma.
The good news? You are born worthy. It's your innate, divine truth.
