I haven’t posted in a minute and I’m sorry it’s been so long. I’ve seriously been lacking motivation in general so the idea of making a podcast outline sounded exhausting. I have been in a bit of a rut recently. I just haven’t been feeling the best so today that’s kinda what I wanted to talk about. If you are in a similar place that I am in and you feel drained, unmotivated, and just gross, I am gonna be sharing some things that have been helpful for me that may help you.
Today we are going to be talking about a very important skill, filling your own cup. Most of you probably know what this means but if you don’t, filling your own cup is doing things that make you feel fulfilled or whole. So today I am going to be talking about why filling your own cup is important, as well as 10 simple ways you can fill your own cup.
Hey guys! Todays episode is a very special one to me because this is something that has taken a long time for me to share. I figured now would be the perfect time because it is mental health awareness month. Today I will be sharing my mental health journey. I would say if you were to listen to any of my podcasts, I would probably recommend this one out of all of them. If you feel similarly to how I did during this time in my life or can relate in some way, I just want to tell you that you are not alone. If you feel hopeless, worthless, and maybe even like there is simply not a place for you, I can promise you that your thoughts couldn’t be further from the truth. There are so many people that care about you and want to help you even if you don’t feel like it. Opening up is seriously one of the best things you can do for yourself. As someone who has been through dark times, I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel! You are so so loved and you are meant to be here! I love you!
Today I am going to be revisiting an old topic. I discussed this topic back in 2023 and I thought it would be fun to do an updated version. Today I am going to be talking about some of my favorite things recently.
Today we are going to be talking about college. Recently I’ve been reflecting on how much has happened the past 6 months and how much I’ve learned from being in college. That is what inspired me to talk about this. In this episode, I am going to be talking about things I have learned from being in college, negative and positive aspects of college, and advice I would give anyone who is going to college soon.
Happy 2025! I got this podcast topic from Emma Chamberlains's podcast Anything Goes. Today I am going to be talking about things I think should be in in 2025 and what I think we should leave in 2024. I will also be sharing some of my new years goals.
Today we are going to be talking about something all of us experience, change.
I just started my freshman year of college so I figured this was an appropriate topic to discuss. Today we are going to be discussing different types of change, how change can affect different types of people, how to adjust to change, and changes that are happening in my life.
We all have our embarrassing moments. But for some reason I think I embarrass myself more than others. In this episode, I am going to be talking about some of my most embarrassing moments as well as some of yours.
Today we have another returning guest on the podcast. In this episode, I interview my cousin Maddy. We talk about childhood stories, music, embarrassing moments, icks in guys, fashion and more! I hope that by tuning in you feel like you know a little bit more about the beautiful human that Maddy is!
A couple weeks ago I got in a car accident. Don't worry everyone is ok. In this episode I am going to be telling the story of how it happened.
I started writing down another outline for a different topic that was a fun one. I’ve been pretty down recently and most of the time talking about fun topics will cheer me up. But while I was making the outline it really just didn’t feel right for some reason. So today I am going to be talking about something that I am currently struggling with… self image. I’ve talked about body image before but self image is something different. Self image is the way we view ourselves as a whole, this can be completely different to how others view us. A simpler way to describe it is self esteem. Today I am going to be talking about my personal experiences with self image, why someone may struggle with their self image, and things that might help if you are struggling with your self image.
