In this special season finale, Claire and Lauren come together to wrap up Season 2 of The Cycle Coach Show with a deep and practical conversation all about working with archetypes in menstrual cycle coaching. Drawing from their own client experiences, personal practices, and stories from this past season, they explore how the archetypal framework can be a transformative tool for self-awareness, creativity, and embodiment.
Together, they walk through five key ways you can bring archetypes into your work as a cycle coach — from helping clients navigate identity shifts and decision-making, to inviting in shadow work and creative expression. They also share how these archetypes have supported them through big life changes — including pregnancy, late luteal introspection, and the solstice portal — as well as how they’re each using archetypes to access deeper intuition, softness, and play in their own lives and work.
If you’re curious about how to bring more power, nuance, and depth to your coaching containers or want to get inspired for how you personally relate to the archetypes — this final episode of the season is packed with encouragement, laughter, real-life stories, and creative prompts.

In this episode, Lauren speaks with Zainab Alradhi — Cycle Coach School graduate and founder of Niswa, a growing platform dedicated to menstrual cycle awareness and body literacy for Arabic-speaking women around the world. Zainab shares how she built a community of over 100,000 women by choosing to teach exclusively in Arabic, despite being told her audience "wasn't ready" for this work.
Together, they explore what it means to bring menstrual cycle awareness into cultures where these conversations have often been silenced, and how Zainab is working to break cycles of shame and isolation. From reclaiming rites of passage and hosting global women’s circles, to weaving lunar wisdom and ancestral memory into her business, Zainab offers a grounded and poetic perspective on cyclical living.
She shares her own journey of learning fertility awareness in English, then translating it into Arabic — finding the words, reclaiming her mother tongue, and reshaping this work for a different cultural context. We also hear about her red thread ritual for pregnant members, the challenges Arab women face in corporate life, and her passion for bringing this work into families and schools.
If you’ve ever wondered how menstruality work can be adapted across languages, landscapes, and lived experiences or what it looks like to lead with soul in business, this conversation is not to be missed. Click play to hear how Zainab is transforming cycle coaching across cultures.

In this episode, Lauren is joined by two powerful voices in menstrual education: Hannah Brown and Beth Moxon. Both are graduates of Cycle Coach School who have gone on to pioneer youth-focused menstrual work through schools, community programs, and innovative peer-led education models.
Together, they reflect on their journey from discovering menstrual cycle awareness to weaving it into their existing careers in social work, teaching, and education. From running period workshops in classrooms and working with both girls and boys, to advocating for more inclusive, well-funded support in schools, Hannah and Beth are reshaping the conversation around menstrual education for the next generation.
Beth also shares about her groundbreaking dissertation at Oxford University, where she conducted academic research on menstruation and young people. Her work bridges the gap between grassroots cycle awareness and formal education systems, helping bring menstruality work into academic and government spaces in a credible and powerful way.
They share the challenges of navigating stigma, underfunding, and systems not built for cyclical bodies while also celebrating the small, powerful moments of change. You'll hear stories from classrooms, reflections on professional identity, and the real-world impact of pilot programs like Hannah’s menstrual ambassadors initiative in Wales and Beth’s large-scale school sessions across the UK.
If you’re passionate about bringing cycle awareness to young people — or wondering how menstruality work can expand beyond coaching and into education and advocacy — this episode will leave you deeply inspired. Did you know that female desire is cyclic? In this episode, Claire chats with sex and relationship coach Melissa Vranjes about the powerful intersection between menstrual cycles and sexuality. Melissa shares how discovering her cycle patterns revolutionised her intimate life and personal relationships, and how this shows up in her work with clients.
Listen in to hear how tracking your cycle can transform sexual experiences, enhance communication with partners, and help women understand their changing desires throughout the month. Far from being just about biology, they explore how cycle awareness creates permission to embody different sexual archetypal energies week to week — from wild and primal to soft and receptive.
Melissa brings her trademark playfulness and honesty to topics like period sex (spoiler: it doesn't have to be about blood), responsive desire versus spontaneous desire, and how to communicate changing needs to partners.
Whether you're experiencing shifts in libido, curious about bringing more cycle wisdom to your relationships or work with clients, or simply want to understand your sexual rhythms better, this conversation offers practical insights and permission to explore.

About Lucia Mazzella:
Lucia is a functional health cycle coach + foodie. Lucia believes the world needs more well-fed, well-rested women living their power. She teaches traditional kitchen wisdom to women who want to take their health into their own hands and harness the power of their menstrual cycle to find their ‘kitchen flow’.
Her approach is down to earth and practical; teaching women how to cook using the high energy time in their cycle so they are set up with ready-made food for their low energy times. Let’s take the power back into our hands and into our kitchens.
She lives in rural Tasmania off grid with her partner Marcus and dog buddy where they are building a home, raising animals and swimming in the ocean as often as possible.

About Mariah Berendt:
Mariah is a nutritionist on a mission to help women eat their way to healthier menstrual cycles. Her approach focuses on real food, body literacy, and no BS. She wants women to know that their bodies are not their enemy, and that they have so much more control over their health than they’ve been led to believe. She loves to read, cook (duh), and eat hot dogs at baseball games with her fam. She lives in Philly with her husband and her dog, Cookie.
