Too Loud, Too Strong, Too Much, But Never Enough

I was never soft enough.
Never graceful enough.
Never “feminine” in the way the world seemed to reward.

For years, I thought that meant I was failing at being a woman.

In this episode, I open up about my journey to redefine femininity on my own terms, beyond the roles I thought I had to perform to feel a sense of belonging.

I share moments of shame, confusion, rebellion, and quiet clarity.

What does it mean to be a woman if you don’t fit the picture?

If you’ve been told you’re too much, too intense, too opinionated, too loud, maybe this is the conversation you didn’t know you needed.

I don’t have the final answer. But I know this:
I’m not interested in shrinking anymore.

And maybe you aren’t either.

🎧 Come join me in this honest unraveling.

Bansko Dating Diaries: Why I Stopped Trading Intimacy for Connection

This one’s for the women who’ve ever felt the quiet confusion after a casual connection, hoping for more and getting less.

In this episode, I share raw reflections on dating in Bansko's nomad scene: the hunger, the neediness, the red flags... and the moment I realised I was offering my body in hopes of earning real connection.

It’s not about shaming men. It’s about seeing clearly.

About calling back my energy.

About finally saying: my body isn’t for trade.

If you’ve ever felt unsafe, unsure, or unseen in dating — especially in so-called conscious communities — this one’s for you.

And yes, I might step on some toes.

But maybe it’s time we did.

Unpacking Privilege

This conversation changed me.

I sat down with a Black American woman and a Korean woman to discuss what it’s like to navigate the world in our different bodies.

We spoke about dating, stereotypes, safety, visibility, and how each of us has been shaped, sometimes praised, sometimes punished, for who we are.

And somewhere in that space between our stories, I started to understand something deeper about privilege.

Not as a weapon. Not as a shame-label.
But as a lens. A structure. A responsibility.

This episode isn’t about blame.
It’s about noticing.
About making space for voices we might not hear when we only stay in our own lane.

I’m still learning. I always will be.
But this moment — this conversation — opened something I want to keep open.

🎧 If that kind of opening speaks to you too, I’d love to hear from you.

What happens when your dream of success turns into public pressure, online hate, and deep burnout?

If you've ever felt afraid to speak your truth, worried you’re "too much," or unsure if your voice matters, this episode is for you.

Beyond Love & Light: What’s Wrong with the Spiritual Coaching World

“I don’t think the spiritual coaching world is healing most people. In fact—I think it’s hurting them.”

The spiritual scene promises transformation, connection, and growth—and many of us come with open hearts, ready to heal.

Behind the polished Instagram quotes and cacao ceremonies, there’s a deeper truth: spiritual bypassing, unspoken power dynamics, and a growing culture of emotional gaslighting masked as “empowerment.”

In this raw and grounded episode, Silja shares her journey through yoga, tantra retreats, and the coaching industry—and what finally made her say: enough.

This episode isn’t about cynicism. It’s a wake-up call.

A reclamation of what healing was always meant to be: human, messy, relational, and real.

💬 Tune in if you’ve ever felt like something in the “healing” world didn’t sit right—but couldn’t quite name why.

Why I’m Done With Friendships That Don’t Feel Right

Why is it so damn hard to say no in friendships?

Why do I feel like the bad guy when I set boundaries or walk away from a connection that doesn’t feel right?

In this episode, I dive into my ongoing struggle with people-pleasing in friendships.

Saying no, disagreeing, or even ending friendships – these are moments when my desire to be liked kicks in hard.

I reflect on why setting boundaries is so difficult, how I’m learning to choose friendships with more intention, and why being a friend shouldn’t mean being a therapist or a coach.

If you’ve ever felt guilty for prioritizing yourself in friendships, this episode is for you. Let’s get real about connection, authenticity, and the messy beauty of it all.

Friendship by Design: Why Being Intentional Changes Everything

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why you're friends with the people in your life? Are they there by default, or did you choose them intentionally?

For most of my life, I didn’t think much about what kind of friendships I actually needed. I connected from a place of loneliness, afraid to set boundaries, thinking that being a "good friend" meant accepting everything, even when it hurt me. But something shifted when I started practicing Authentic Relating. I realized that true friendship isn’t about avoiding conflict—it’s about showing up fully, communicating openly, and trusting that connection can hold space for both joy and discomfort.

In this episode, I share my journey of moving from unconscious, scarcity-based friendships to deep, intentional connections. We’ll explore how to navigate triggers, set boundaries, and embrace the discomfort that comes with real, authentic relationships. Because friendship isn’t just about fun—it’s about growth, healing, and mutual support.

The Perfection Trap: Why "Perfect" Kills Connection

I almost didn’t record this episode. Not because I didn’t want to—but because I was afraid it wouldn’t be good enough.

For years, I believed I had to be perfect in friendships and relationships—to never make mistakes, never disappoint anyone, never show the messy, human parts of myself. But I’ve learned something life-changing: Perfectionism doesn’t create connection. It kills it.

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey with perfectionism and how it kept me from experiencing real closeness with others. We’ll talk about:
💛 Why perfectionism is just fear in disguise
💛 How I learned to let go of the need to be "perfect" in relationships
💛 The surprising way vulnerability leads to deeper, more meaningful connections

If you’ve ever felt like you have to earn love by being flawless, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about what happens when we stop striving for perfection—and start embracing the beauty of being real.

For years, I thought relying on others made me weak—until I realized it was the key to real freedom.

Here’s what I explore in this episode:
✅ Why friendships are the strongest foundation in an unpredictable world
✅ How we’ve been conditioned to see dependence as weakness—and why that’s a lie
✅ The difference between deep friendships and casual connections
✅ Practical steps to build meaningful, lasting friendships

If you’ve ever felt the tension between wanting deep connection and fearing dependency, this episode is for you.
