I reflected on this emotional scale. It includes 22 emotions ranging from "most pleasant" to "least pleasant." If you're not feeling great, try to climb a few steps higher on this scale. What emotion are you experiencing right now, and what higher-frequency emotion can you tap into to help you feel better?

Scale of emotions (Find the highest attainable emotion that is possible for you at this moment):
