Growing up on a small island, Prince Edward Island, community and family were values ingrained in Liev from a young age. He had a natural curiosity to science and how our world functions. This led him to taking a science degree in biochemistry at Dalhousie University. After completing his undergrad in Biochemistry, he came to realize there was a greater force at play. The material theory of Biochemistry did not resonate with him, which led to Liev’s pursuit of looking deeper and seeking the truth. Through this exploration, the most profound idea he came across was that germs do not cause disease. This discovery completely changed how he looked at science and nature as a whole. Now when he thinks about health, he looks at it from a holistic lens. Currently Liev is pursuing his Masters of Counseling Psychology, where he plans to apply his revolutionary learning and address all problems at the root of the problem, starting with the Terrain. He believes in healing through the spirit, mind, and body, and in order to do so, we need to understand where our problems are stemming from.

Crichton Miller is a successful entrepreneur and inventor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries Scotland, and a Knight Commander and Grand Councillor of the Executive Council of the Sovereign Order of the Fleur de Lys. An unbiased historical researcher, Crichton is responsible for patenting the wheel cross design, commonly recognized as one of the religious symbols of Christianity and also known in Scotland as the Holy Rood. Crichton created working models of two types of cruciform instruments at megalithic sites in Europe and the Americas. Following established scientific principles, he subjected his findings for investigation by the GB Patent Office and was successfully granted two patents in 2001 and 2002 for the cross shaped instrument as a surveying, astronomical and navigation instrument as the forerunner to the theodolite and sextant. In his book, Crichton went on to describe how astrology and its instrument for time keeping, construction and navigation helped the Egyptians, Greeks, Vikings, Christianity and the Knight Templar build their civilizations before the Scientific Revolution and the dawn of our technological Age. Ash Ritter is a west coast born, desert-dwelling ethnobotanist, educator, writer, multi-disciplinary animist, and poet in disguise as herbalist. For twenty years and counting, Ash continues to reverently devote her life to fungal and botanical studies, encompassing traditional, academic, clinical, and directly relational terrains. Ash's approach places emphasis on plants, fungi, and planet as relations, and is manifested through her practice as fostering engagement with and as the living world, rather than "using" plants as commodities. She counsels and creates in her private practice, Black Sage Botanicals. One-on-one long term apprenticeships are the cornerstone of her training, with a focus in Druid herbalism, clinical botanical medicine, Cali-Mexican curanderismo and MacGuyver-style urban and wilderness first aid. Ash also attended acupressure school, permaculture certification training, and studied journey work with Michael Harner, just to name a few of the adjunct teachings that inform her practice. Her bachelors degree thesis focused on botanical and fungal agents for initiation, and altered states as evolutionary technology. Over the years, Ash’s research has honed in on entheogenic traditions of her ancestry, mainly the folklore, physical, and energetic medicines of Amanita muscaria, and the Solanaceae-laden Flying Ointments of Europe. Ash feels blessed beyond measure to have shadowed naturopathic Dr. Kenneth Proefrock in his office for 2 years upon her relocation to the Sonoran Desert, and almost went to medical school, until coming to recognize the potency of keeping her practice out of bureaucratic matrices.
