Denton is an Exercise Physiologist and Medical Researcher residing in northern Utah. He currently works in the nutraceutical industry and has spent many years serving as a Holistic Health Coach and Personal Trainer. Denton operates Vanguard Health and Fitness as an online educational resource. With his present research focus in autoimmunity, he is also writing a book on the reversal of insulin-dependent diabetes using functional medicine, which is expected to be finished in early 2024.
